Beläget bara 20 minuter från Joshua Tree National Park West Entrance, har Tilford House fyra sovrum med garderober, förvaring och nya madrasser och sängkläder i varje. Master svit är på ena sidan av huset, med tre sovrum och ett annat badrum på motsatta sidan. Fullt utrustat kök. Den perfekta tillflyktsorten för en resa till öknen!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our recent stay here. It is well stocked, has an open layout and is very nicely decorated. Don and Denise are very helpful and made themselves available to answer any questions.

Great house for families visiting Joshua Tree

Very well distributed and comfortable house. Don and Denise were sure helpful and responsive. We are even considering stay there again.

Everything we needed

We are a family 8 and had plenty of space. we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. I loved the extra care they took to have protective layers on the bedding and pillows. Owners were very attentive to our needs and quick to respond. The outdoor seating area was so pretty for outdoor family meals. Great experience.

Tilford House was a perfect spot for us- we were looking for a peaceful desert house away from town

Tilford house has an open, spacious floor plan; the furniture and linens are all high quality and comfortable. We especially appreciated the original art in every room! We wanted to be close to Joshua Tree NP, but also be out of town in the desert, so the location was great for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive, they checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good, it’s obvious they have put a lot of time and care into the house. Sunshine and 60+ degree days in January- what a treat!

A lovely place

Don and Denise have created such a lovely welcoming place. Great to have 4 wonderful bedrooms, 2 baths, a great kitchen and comfortable furniture and spaces. It is on a dirt road (about 1 mile off the paved road). If you reserve this home, ask Don and Denise for specific directions. Do NOT trust trust your personal GPS - it will take you miles out of your way through a long dirt-road-scenic-route. Again, I appreciate this beautiful place in wonderful Joshua Tree.

Nice Getaway

Very clean and cool house. Nicely maintained. Went specifically to star gaze. Some light pollution from nearby cities but much better from our own home in the city. Food delivery options are a bit limited so bring your own food or plan to eat out. A mile or so of dirt roads to access the house. We were in a minivan. It was doable but bumpy. Overall we would stay again and recommend. Bedding, decor, games, kitchen, etc, all well done.

Perfection

The listing is spot on. The hosts are incredible. The value is incomparable. We celebrated our wedding here with only our immediate family. Covid steered a lot of our decisions of course but when all was said and done, we wouldn't have changed a thing. This place is very special!

Beautiful 4 bedroom home

I did not notice the location properly. We were visiting our aMarine grandson. It was a 35 to 45 minute drive to pick him up and take him back and 2 miles off paved road. We did have a good time with our family. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Don and Denise

A secluded desert retreat

What an amazing place! The owners are great to work with...very responsive and accommodating. The house has a split floor plan with two equal size bedrooms, a smaller bedroom on one side that share a bathroom, and a large master suite with its own sitting room, walk-in closet, and bathroom with wonderful bathtub. The house sits elevated on a hill accessible by dirt roads. The most notable thing about the property is the quiet...it is exquisitely quiet. We’ll definitely stay again!
