The App and website didn't show each question despite my refresh. I gave up and all give 3 stars.he house itself is lovely—spacious and well laid out, comfortably accommodating all 11 of us. The location is fantastic, and the second-floor view of the sea, especially at sunrise, is absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the caretaker who was responsive and replied promptly to our messages throughout the stay.However, there were serious cleanliness concerns that affected our experience. When we checked in, we immediately noticed cockroaches running around. As we settled in, more insects appeared from various places—including the coffee machine, toaster, and even just as we moved around the kitchen. It was clear there was an insect infestation issue that had not been addressed.Additionally, the three kettles provided were unusable due to rust and heavy staining. Upon raising this with the caretaker, he suggested we buy a new one and claim the cost from him. We did exactly that, submitted the receipt, and even sent him photos—but as of now, 8 days after checking out, we still haven’t been reimbursed.In summary, the house has great potential in terms of space and location, but the hygiene and maintenance standards are far below expectations. I’ve attached a photo of the kettle, the receipt, and our conversation with the caretaker for reference. I hope future guests will see improvements on these fronts.
