Great location. Very clean. A little dated style-wise (but not an issue, for a great spot). Only thing we had a mis-communication on was the poo key. (I looked up the management company, drove to their office to get the key re-set).

Good Rate and Great Location

This property offered many amenities you don't always find at other rentals. Very conveniently located right next to the free shuttle service that will drop you off within 5 or 6 minutes at the resort base. Excellent Internet speeds. We had a comfortable, homey stay.

Great Property

Everything in the condo was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We came to ski and the condo was right on the bus line, but it was also a walkable distance. The property was very quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The property is a bit dated but the condo was set up perfectly for us. The hot tub was great. We also used the bus to get to the mountain. The kitchen had everything you could need. I would stay there again.

Steamboat getaway

Place was really close to the mountain which was great. Easy access to shuttle. Directions to the place were not correct if you put it in maps, which made it difficult to find. Upstairs bath was difficult to turn shower on and off, would suggest replacing the knobs. The tv in one of the bedrooms downstairs didn’t work and Netflix wasn't loading/working on main tv in family room. Place was fine otherwise.

Cozy Condo next to Base

Parking right in front of the complex. The space itself is a little dated but has everything you need for a weekend visit. We had 5 in our group and everyone fit comfortably. TV room is a nice area to hang out and wind down after a long day on the slopes, wifi worked great. Hot tub!! The location is fantastic. Shadow Run bus stop right outside the parking lot for a quick 8 minute ride to the base.

The condo was actually quite clean and nicely stocked with bottled water, spices, dishes, etc. My one negative comment was that there were several burnt out lightbulbs in the bedrooms. That is a comment that was made before, so that issue should really be fixed. Other than that, I think we would stay again.

Outdated condo

Bed bugs, holes in sheets, broken appliances (although they did bring a replacement microwave), hot tub out of commission for the entire week, broken shower upstairs, place needs a major overhaul. I would not recommend, nor would I stay here again.

The apartment is fine, but the listing is not accurate

The apartment is as described in the listing, but the amenities are not (no indoor or pool or sauna). I had to call several times and wait for the door code when checking in.

This condo needs some care, but it will keep you warm and sheltered in Steamboat

This poor condo is in a great location. The hot tub was terrific. The heater worked wonderfully. The showers were hot, even though the handles for the faucet don’t entirely work. Unfortunately, the key fob didn’t work to the hot tub so we had to beg people to let us in. . Only two of the stove eyes worked. Multiple lamps didn’t work either. There are water stains all over the walls keeping the cracks and drywall patches that haven’t been repaired company. The carpet is one long mural of stains. The bedding is so haphazard that you should bring your own.

Could be better

It’s a run down, out dated condo. There was no hand soap in the main bathroom. The walls upstairs were crusted in filth, and the 1980s shower didn’t work. Also, the dining room chairs came apart when you sat on them, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen! But, it was cheap for Steamboat. I sent a message to the property manager about the shower not working and the chairs, no reply.. Very disappointing.

Warm comfortable place to stay w washer and dryer

We enjoyed the property. If you’re on a budget and want to stay somewhere with room for your family and all the conveniences of cooking this is your place. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary appliances, spices and cooking needs. Microwave was broken - host offered a tabletop one. We would rent again - single momma on a tight budget - very comfortable outside of some inconveniences - waited for elec fireplace to be fixed (next day) which is the main source of heat for main living area and kitchen. I did send some follow up texts to host with no responses (eg hot tub was down)- she said she’d find out and never got back. She suggested we use the 2nd one - but we had no fob key to get in - no response to that text either. Again - worth the minor inconveniences for the price!

What a dump. This place should have no stars - but you can't do that: 1. Trim missing from doors 2. Lights broken and unplugged - had to figure out where things went. 3. Shower curtain is disgusting. 4. No soap provided for bathrooms. Did supply shampoo. 5. Electrical outlet cover in bathroom broken and hanging on hair dryer cord. GFI - doubt it. 6. Furniture is all scratched and stained. 7. No detergent for the w/d. Really? Would it kill you. 8. Kitchen counter looks like it was installed during Vietnam. 9. The TVs have all exposed and dangling cords. Look - this was a pricy enough place and advertised by a supposedly reputable management company. This should NOT be on the market. I just don't understand how people can do this and get away with it.

Great location

We loved the location but the place was pretty run down inside and the beds are rock hard. We were passed around to multiple complies when we tried to get a late check out and ultimately were told we’d receive a call back but never did. Hot tub was great and the bus stops every ten minutes out front to go to the ski area or downtown.

---it is outdated ---bad too bad for the price.

Needs a little care on the lights. Need some new lamps that work. Bedrooms need new shades that work. One queen bed was kind of old not in best condition. Nice bathrooms had good water pressure and hot water quickly. Need more coffee cups and wine glasses. Two and three each is not enough for 6 people.

Run down condo

This condo was in the worse condition of any place I have stayed. All of the blinds were broken and a lot of the molding was too. There were only 4 coffee cups and 2 wine gasses(1 white and 1 red) and 1 brandy glass. The Evolve management company is very high priced and did not follow through with the one request that we had. They said they would drop off the key to the hot tub that they knew was missing from the previous renters and they never showed up.

Friends on vacation

We love Steamboat and brought some friends this time that's never been. We were disappointed with the physical address on being on the confirmation email we actually had to call to get it because the link didn't work. Then didn't find out We were traveling up 3 flights of stairs to the condo with our things.....lol way to hard. The place needs alittle attention. The stove burners are on last leg but works. Carpet isn't nice anymore and the beds are small. Some plugs need new covers because it won't hold our plug in, last bedroom on left. It was ok 👍 just think if they spent some Money to update I might return but that's just my preference. It's works and is an OK decision for staying here. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
