El balcón también es accesible desde la sala de estar.

Great condo in Great location

The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and cozy and in a perfect location. The pools were very clean and perfect for a break from the ocean. Would definstay here again. We loved the condo and where it was located, it was perfect!!!!!

Great Family vacation

The place was great. We had a great time. They keep everything top-notch clean their the pools, the bathroom, the lobby, the elevators. It was really kept up good and it was so clean the maintenance guy. There was very friendly and did an awesome job.

Family vacation in windy hills

Property needs some general maintenance. Towel bars fall off easily and some updating needs to be done. Cleaning wasn’t done when we arrived and issues with soiled mattress covers. I am hoping they start washing all bedding prior to each rental period as using same mattress pad and blanket is unsanitary. Wish they also had a number we could text to get help with rental company instead of having to leave a voice message or email.

Family Getaway

We were incredibly pleased with the property. Out of all properties we have stayed at in the past several years this one was our favorite. It is steps from the beach which was perfect my 74-year-old mother-in-law and carrying my 10 month old down to the beach every day. The check-in process was incredibly simple And the listing was even better than the pictures. I would absolutely recommend this listing for a family vacation. Lastly As silly as it may sound, one of my favorite amenities was the fact that we could all shower and not run out of hot water And the water pressure was great, which has not been the case at many other properties I have stayed at. Thank you for listing and allowing families to enjoy this perfect condo at the beach.

Our only complaint was in regards to responding to maintenance request. We left messages about the dryer and one television on both Saturday and Sunday and actually talk to an individual about them on Monday. No action was taken the entire week.

Over all a fairly good stay. In the master bathroom the Only light that worked was in the shower. The overhead/mirror lights didn’t have bulbs in them. And when we found a bulb in the closet it didn’t even work. The bedroom door to master also stuck a bit. So this was a big reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The kitchen was nice and clean minus a pan that still had food stuck on it. Bedrooms were good. Second bedroom was good minus the dirt under the bed. Same with bunk room… under the trundle was very dirty. But I’m sure that is just a place that gets looked over a lot because a lot of people probably done use it. View was amazing and living room was nice. The older gentleman and the property every morning at 6:30 outside with his leaf blower was keeping the property up nicely! This didn’t bother us as we were up at that time outside enjoying the view. Pool was cleaned daily outside! Elevators were never messy and cleaned daily! Parking can be a bit tight depending on your vehicle but over all not bad. We enjoyed this property and the price was on point for what we were looking for. Thanks for letting our family enjoy for the week!

NMB Summer Vacay

My son, wife and I have been coming to Windy Hill and specifically staying at WaterPoint 1 for several years and normally a few times a year and this vacation didn't disappoint. This unit had everything we needed for our two week stay and it was very clean and well decorated and the beds and furniture were all comfortable. We stay in this building because of the indoor and outdoor pool and the super easy access to Barefoot Landing, obviously the beach and so many amazing things to do and see in the North Myrtle Beach area. The management company was decent, they just weren't extremely responsive with one issue we had with the unit and I had to follow up with them after reaching out and letting them know vs. them following up with me. Fortunately the issue worked itself out without their intervention. Outside of that one issue, it was a great stay and I would certainly recommend this place, especially for families.

The cleaning/maintenance staff for the building was terrific and the lobby/pool was always very clean and tidy. Our specific condo could use a bit more of a deep clean between guests. There were remnants of sand everywhere and under the furniture needed cleaned. The washing machine had black mold/mildew that we couldn't wipe off or clean off. Made using the washer a little gross. There were a few details (paint missing near the sliding door) that you noticed if you were being nit-picky. :-) The keypad on the door was a great feature and we didn't have to wait forever for the elevators. Overall, a good property with a great location and nice pools/hot tub.

We were steps from the beach and pool with great access to Barefoot Landing and other places. The kitchen had lots of space and we enjoyed the keurig. One thing is that their wasn't a knife sharpener and that was a bit tricky with dull knives. The master bath towel rack was loose and couldn't hold more than one towel. We hung our towels around the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony seating and morning coffee views from it. The doors with the humidity were a little hard to move at times. We had 4 teens with us and sleeping arrangements were a bit tight in the first room. There isn't a lot of space but it works. I specifically liked how clean it was when we checked in. We will definitely return. Everything from check in to check out was easy.

Great stay condo 503

Had a great time and we loved it!!! The view in this condo 503 was absolutely breath taking :-) There was everything that we needed ... Pots pans silverware cups glasses ... I brought all kinds of stuff with us laundry soap dish soap hand soap salt & pepper coffee filters etc... but it all was already there so when we left I left it all for the next guest :-) the shower pressure is absolutely amazing it was so powerful that it almost knocked me back lol the lobby and outside was extremely clean and the pools was clean and just perfect . We didn't have any problems with anything in the unit everything worked great. The only thing that I would have liked to have that we needed was a luggage rack to put our luggage on :-( we had to put them on the floor other then that it was an amazing place and we will definitely stay again in 503. Oh and the little lights in the fireplace was a great touch we left them on all the time just made a great touch. Thanks for offering your condo to us and if you are thinking of renting this unit you will love it we did.

Good unit, terrible rental company

The second parking lot needs some work but it's great to have that over flow lot option. Be ware of the rental company. On arrival day we requested an early check-in. The rental company said as soon as the unit cleaning was complete the packet would be in the lock box for pickup. We checked the lock box 2 hrs before check-in time and found the packet, retrieved it and headed to the unit only to find the cleaning lady, her husband & toddler still in the unit (specifically hanging out on the balcony). She stated they were complete and quickly left. Within 15 mins I received a call from a lady from the rental company, who screamed at me about going into the unit before the cleaning was completed and then continued to tell me I shouldn't rent from them again. So be ware of the rental company. Even if it's their fault they will blame you. They are extremely unprofessional.

Little Gem in quiet and nice neighborhood

This apartment was just perfect to spend our summer vacations with my wife, boys and my in-laws. Each of the spaces were equipped with what was necessary to make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. My children loved their bedroom by having the comfort of television just for them. The second bedrooms was large enough with everything needed and comfortable bed. The master bedroom big enough with the comfort of the balcony and being able to sleep listening to the sound of the sea through the window and a very comfortable bed too. My father-in-law loved to read his book on the balcony morning/afternoon as it was shaded there all day long. It was nice and very convenient to be in front of the beach, just to take a 5 minutes walk to set up the chairs and umbrellas to spend the day at the beach. Something that I liked a lot was being able to see the kindness of the maintenance people who were every day since early morning cleaning the windows, the pool and organizing all the common areas of the property. The property manager who was in charge of helping us since we arrived with a couple of small confusions was very efficient and friendly. The only exception was not having solved the problem with the smell of the washing machine but nothing that could not be solved with a good cleaning with clorox. We will consider this property for a vacation because the location near many attractions shops and good restaurants made one of my best vacations.

Extraordinaire!

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous hébergeons à Waterpointe 1, 1ere fois à ce condo, dernière fois datait de 5aans et c’est encore plus propre et bien aménagé. L’endroit est magnifique, sécuritaire, bien équipé, près de tout (Barefoot Landing, Outlets, Épicerie,…)

2021 Family Vacation

We loved everything about it. Check in was easy. Very nice and quiet. Loved the washer and dryer and the homie feel of the place. BTW the grocery carts are so helpful to get stuff up to your room. Highly recommend .

Needs a remodel and DEEP cleaning

The kitchen, appliances, and living room furniture were fine. The rest of the condo is falling apart and needs a serious cleaning. The showers had mold along the tubs, the vents were coated in dust, and the beds were worn and extremely noisy (like cartoonish squeaking). The property management team - Southern Coast - were extremely unprofessional during my first phone interaction.
