Hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños a solo unos pasos del tramo de 7 millas de playa de arena. Con agradables vistas del océano, nuestro condominio está ubicado en el corazón de las vacaciones. Estamos a poca distancia de todas las actividades imaginables, ya sea el parque Palace Playland con divertidos juegos o numerosos restaurantes. Con una piscina cubierta, un gimnasio y un condominio totalmente equipado, esta será su escapada perfecta en un entorno hogareño.

Para los entusiastas de las compras, Maine Mall, Kittery Outlets, Freeport están a poca distancia.

La ciudad también tiene un tranvía rojo local que lo llevará por la ciudad por solo un dólar. El acceso local a Amtrak hace que viajar desde y hacia Boston sea muy fácil..

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the entire place. Everything thing was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Nice views of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. We visited during the off season so very little was open which we expected. But there were still several near by restaurants open.

Great place to stay for leaf-peeping in New England!

This property was a great place to stay! The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were clean & comfy. It's a good central location for car trips up the Maine coast, and to Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

Very nice place right in the middle of all the action. Can’t ask for a more centralized location and steps to the ocean. Place was clean with washer and dryer and dishwasher all in the place. Beds were very comfortable and so were the leather couches. AC worked great. Train horn was the only downside as the horns really were very long and throughout the early morning/day.

Relaxing

We will definitely stay here again. Our condo was very clean the beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close by, and the beach was right out our door.

Grand stay

The property and location is so great. it is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, but had a different condo. Our only complaints would be that the water pressure in the kitchen was terrible and trying to get a luggage cart to move out of the facility was horrible. We had to move everything out ourselves, and because there is only one elevator it took a very long time and was frustrating.

Spacious, clean organized and perfect location right downtown next to the beach! Beautiful oceans views from the balcony! Easy walk to everything! Enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t say enough about this location. To step outside to the beach and have all shops, bars, restaurants right there was unreal. Beautiful condo huge deck & great indoor pool! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on OOB 5 stars for me!

Had a good time

We were in Maine for a wedding. Condo was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. We stayed during the off season which was great no crowds and the beach was beautiful.

Excellent location, great property

Nice, comfortable condo. Wheelchair accessible throughout although the bathrooms are not equipped with grab bars or shower benches or anything like that. Yes staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were thrilled that there was a beach wheelchair to borrow. Great central location, close to everything and right on the beach.

Train!

Overall we had a great time as we were right in the heart of OOB! Walking distance to everything except the grocery store which was 2-3 miles away. There is a train that runs all day and all night so if you’re a light sleeper, keep looking!

Lovely environment, perfect location, friendly and helpful community. Beautiful to be near the water, very nostalgic since we grew up coming here to OOB. Winter is a perfect time to stay when it is not so crowed and busy. A perfect time to rest, relax and reflect. Ryan with on site property management is very helpful and equally nice. Great Stay in Old Orchard Beach

My 90 year old mom and I stayed 4 nights here and loved it! It was during the off season so everything was quiet and easy going. The condo was perfect for us. The beds and furniture were comfy! Communication with the concierge and the owner was easy and fast. We enjoyed the Roku tv so we could keep streaming our favorite shows. The condo building was accessible for my mom who has some mobility issues. There are a few stairs in the lobby, but there is a lift so that was perfect. There are also luggage racks available and they fit on the lift too so getting all our stuff in was no problem. FYI—I noticed beach chairs and some beach things in the closet (just in case you were wondering). If we travel this way again we would stay here again. It was lovely.

Excellent property at heart of commercial beach area

Positives - easy walk across small parking lot to the beach, next door to amusement park, lots of nice shops in and near the condo complex including the Old Orchard Beach pier, excellent management at the facility, easy to work with owner of condo, 1 parking space on property (great to store all your beach stuff in that car for easy access when going to beach) plus one other parking space off site, spacious condo that slept out large family of 8 with ease, 30 min from Portland ME airport, easy drive to other Maine beaches (Wells, Ogunquit, York...30 to 45 min depending on beach) Negatives - “negative” is too strong a word here as I expected these things given the location of the condo. But if you are expecting a quiet place, realize this condo is literally in the heart of the commercial district. With all the positives listed above come the negatives of a lot of people as well as the sounds of night life. Live music, active train, and night life sounds were particular prevalent Friday and Saturday. The ocean view is across a parking lot and over a restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed this unit. Our kids were always so tired from all the events of the day that the night sounds didn’t impact sleep at all. If you go in with the right expectations you will love this property and working with this owner / management team.

Very nice place and location is great!!!

I was here with my older parents daughters and grandchildren. Everything was like the post said. Condo was clean and very comfy. It had everything we needed. The staff and the resort was very helpful and nice especially Tom. Thank you for a wonder Weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo, that was previously owned by Tim Swenson, has been a customer favorite for many years. Being new owners, we hope to provide the same wonderful experience to all guests. With numerous amenities in the building and a ton of things at our doorstep, we couldn't think of a better option for a vacation home.
