Appartement de luxe situé dans une oasis de verdure au milieu de la ville

L'appartement est caché des rues de la ville dans une oasis de verdure. Il est entouré de figuiers, d’oliviers et de citronniers qui vous offrent une intimité et des arômes étonnants chaque matin.

La Villa Corona Split se compose de 3 chambres, d'un salon et d'une grande terrasse.

Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain pour une intimité maximale. Chacune est également équipée d'une unité de climatisation, d'une moustiquaire, d'un téléviseur UltraHD à écran plat, d'un compte Netflix et du WiFi le plus rapide disponible. Sur la terrasse, vous trouverez une cheminée à barbecue, un spa et un ensemble de sièges pour profiter de tous vos repas et boissons à l'extérieur, sous le figuier. Le coin salon / cuisine est équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin - des accessoires de base tels qu'un plan de cuisine, un grand réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, des ustensiles et des ustensiles de cuisine, un cellier, une machine à expresso, une station de thé, etc.

Pour en faire une expérience vraiment sans stress, nous proposons également un garage gratuit pour 3 voitures à une centaine de mètres à l'extérieur de l'objet. Il peut parfois être agité de se garer n'importe où près de la vieille ville, mais cela ne devrait vous préoccuper.

Lovely place to stay for our family celebration! Communication with host was excellent! He even made dinner reservations for us. It was well stocked with spices and coffee and a birthday cake! We walked everywhere easily. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location, quiet, and had all of the little details for a great trip including a stocked kitchen with coffee, a few snacks and cooking oils and etc. Also had a grocery store two minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

A Gem of a property

This property is a gem! It is in a very convenient location to everything. The set up of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was ideal for our 3 couples! (Parents and two adult children with spouses). The patio was wonderful offering a lovely outdoor space. Everything we hoped for and more was found in this VRBO!

Close to Diocletian’s Palace

This property is well located, very clean and easy to access. The kitchen and the bathrooms had all the essentials plus many more niceties. Additionally, it is extremely quiet. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable place for 3 couples

This place was great for 3 couples with comfortable beds, good layout and nice outdoor space and in a good location. One of the bathrooms had a recurring bad-smell problem but other than that, all was great.

Home away from home

This owner of this property has not overlooked ANY details to ensure your stay is perfect! It is so quiet, even though close to busy area. The outside area is private and gorgeous. The bed are super comfortable and the AC really works! You can tell the owner travels because it had everything travelers need and wish for. I’ve stayed in a place this clean….simply AMAZING. And a convenient location to old town.

Beautiful condo in a prime location

Robert’s home was immaculate and well-stocked. Our family of five (kids ages 18, 16, and 8) was very comfortable and could not have asked for a better location or lodging. I highly recommend and would return here without a doubt. Communication was excellent as well. Parking was just a short walk away and felt extremely safe and secure. Thank you, Robert!

Lovely apartment close to Old town split

Beautiful apartment. Every amenity is included. The host even supplies snacks and drinks. The rooms all have attached bathrooms and are basically identical to each other. Very close to Old town, but not in Old town. We had a very large van so having 3 parking places was a must.

Wonderful place

We are a family of 6 and absolutely loved this place. It's a bit of a challenge to find as it's a separate, standalone house in an area where you would not expect to find a house, but once you find it you're good because the place is amazing. The location is perfect - 10 minute walk to the city center in one direction, and 10 minute walk to the entrance of Park Marjan in the other direction. The house itself was impeccable, very clean, and well stocked. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a full bathroom which was perfect for our situation. We rented a large van from Dubrovnik and luckily this place comes with 3 parking spots which was great because the van took up all 3 spots. Parking is a few minutes walk from the apartment, so ask Robert to show you where to go. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous, well-appointed apartment in Split

This apartment was beautiful. Everything was sparkling clean. Robert thought of all the little things that makes a stay feel like home. The furnishings were lovely. He left us breakfast foods, wine, beer, soda, coffee, snacks, etc. We loved the hot tub and sitting outside. The kitchen had everything you could want. Even the toiletries were so nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for your Split stay.

Fabulous Apartment

We have stayed in many rental properties throughout Europe and this is absolutely the best. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, air conditioners in every room. Short walks to several markets. We cooked at home one night. So enjoyable outside in the porch. Coffee in morning in porch and enjoy the birds sing. Quiet refuge from busy Split. He has thought of everything to make his apartment welcoming. Can’t say enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely stay

We had wonderful days. Flat has all the amenities and is lovely and clean. Hospitable welcome and all kinds of basic necessities in the house. Beautiful roof terrace with BBQ. We had 37 degrees, so a bit too hot at times, but rented bikes and saw some of the city and surroundings that way. Roof terrace has many trees, so many mosquitoes, but host had good stuff to burn, so less trouble. Recommend hanging a fan on the roof terrace, as it was hot for us, without a breath of wind. Wind also reduces mosquitoes. Son (10) enjoyed the jacuzzi, it was a bit difficult to turn it on, but it worked. To town is a 10-12 minute walk. Teenagers went to the clubs at night and had a great time.

Don’t Be Fooled By Streetview; Gorgeous Place, Perfectly Located!

When we first pulled up to the building that serves as the exterior for Villa Corona, we were kind of concerned. But our concerns were unwarranted because this might be the best appointed and best located unit we’ve ever stayed in. The walk into the main square is as simple as it is close, and there are several supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops within two blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself is, by far, the best equipped unit we’ve ever come across over the past 15 years or so. Three fabulous bathrooms that have large, walk in showers with great water pressure and all the small amenities offered at an upscale hotel, including toothpaste! The kitchen/dining area comes fully stocked with bread, several types of coffee, tea and other drinks, breakfast foods, beer and wine. You walk in and you’re at home. The three car parking garage is located under the Lidl about a block and a half away and it is big enough to comfortably fit our 6 person Viano. This is a stellar unit.

Amazing!

Incredible host - so responsive. Stay - Robert thought about everything to make it a comfortable stay with the perfect amenities and toiletries and snacks / drinks… completely blown away with the service. Beautiful and clean. Not a single complaint or recommendation - all was superb. The location was walking distance to old town split so we never even needed a cab.

Villa bellissima

La villa è molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort e molto funzionale, la descrizione del proprietario è assolutamente veritiera. Le tre camere con bagno interno sono come tre suite, bellissime. Molto comodo anche il fatto di poter utilizzare un garage vicino all’appartamento. La zona è tranquilla, ci sono diversi negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Il centro storico ed il bellissimo palazzo di Diocleziano sono raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti, una soluzione perfetta per uscire la sera senza lo stress del parcheggio. Il proprietario ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo spiegandoci tutte le funzionalità della casa ed è sempre rimasto disponibile per tutto il soggiorno per ogni richiesta, veramente molto gentile.
