Great place for our beach vacay!

Accomodations were great for our family of five. Location is perfect to get to the beach access, and shops are close enough to walk. Definitely worth the stay

Great Experience

Our stay was very good! Check-in was a simple process, the management staff was very cordial and helpful with questions, and the location to the beach was great.

Great location

We came down for the WS and the condo served its purpose. Close to the beach and great restaurants/shops. The condo wasn't very clean, but they came and cleaned the linens.

Awesome experience

So thankful for the opening! We were at another location for 2 nights with no AC and in town for a ball tournament. Everything was super quick and easy and was the perfect location.

Exactly As Described

The condo was exactly as described. The room was over all clean. The floors were gritty, but it is at the beach, so... The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding construction was surprisingly unnoticeable. The internet was spotty, but it did not cause any real issues. We would definitely book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, friendly staff, nice property and very affordable! Only complaint i have is that upon arrival getting everything ready to settle in for the night, we pulled out the couch sofa and it hadn't been cleaned nor sheets changed. Other than that issue everything else was pretty clean. Last but not least, easy access to the beach!

Softball tournament getaway

Overall a good experience. Loved the gazebo. Especially on rainy days. Pool was perfect. Grill area worked out great. Cons. Parking was tight, condo needed a shower curtain with no black mold, drain in bathroom clogged. And guest bathroom toilet constantly was running. Fix those few things and. It would be a great value condo

We were headed to PCB then decided with hurricane Irma swerving back and forth we would go West! Last minute decision and we so appreciate having a place to go. Did not get a refund back from our rental in PCB so it was nice to find a place that would work with us in such short notice! Definitely would recommend Bender Rentals!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was for the most part very nice. Wish there had been a restroom near the pool and getting in and out of my parking spot was difficult at times. The condo itself was nice but lacked space to put your non-refrigerator foods so everything had to sit on the counter. The master bath also was a bit small in the sink area. Lastly, the DVD player did not work.

Great complex bad room

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bender realty were great to work with. They managed the unit we stayed in. The unit had little pride of ownership. The master bed was like sleeping in a cereal bowl with creaking springs. The unit was clean but the dishes and cooking pots and utensils were sub standard. The decor was a little beat up and the furniture, while comfy, was dated. The Seabreeze building was great and had a very comfortable layout. I would stay with Bender again, I would stay in Seabreeze again. I would stay in this unit again if they replace the bed and update the cooking stuff.

Reviewer Comments: It was across the street from the beach and there was easy access to get to the beach. The rental was very nicely furnished and the pool was an adequate size. The only two negatives of the rental is that the kitchen is really small and the floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes because our feet would be as black as a rubber tire. We called someone about this issue and they never came to clean the floors. We ended up mopping the floor three times. There is also mold under the sink. Overall it was a good place to stay the negative issues can be easily fixed.

Great stay!

The room with the double twins had a really small tv and there wasn’t that many dishes to cook with but other than that it was wonderful.

Exactly as described

This property is close to the beach, a nice coffee shop and pizza place. Furniture is not comfortable, there is no WiFi, and cell service is spotty, but I doubt you’ll spend much time in the apartment.

Friendly place, close to the gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second experience with renting at the Sea Breeze. We love the pool area where we were sheltered from cool breezes that sometimes occur in winter, here. The renters and property owners are very friendly. The condos are a little dated but were comfortable and clean. When we had a need or problem, the Bender people were very accommodating. When we had a broken towel bar and it was fixed quickly. The main problem that we faced, this year, was the noise from contractors working on the condos and on the common walkways. The workers worked night and day. We know that, in order to improve the site, this needed to be done but it was not a good experience.

A nice welcoming place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Sea Breeze was a good one in many ways. The condo was clean, though a little dated. We enjoyed the people that stay there. Everyone was very friendly. There was a lot of noise with the construction going on while we were there. We have stayed here in the past and the noise was not a problem so we will try again next year. The Real Estate staff was courteous and helpful. When we needed anything fixed, they were usually there the same day. The location was great. We were just about 150 yd.s from the Gulf of Mexico. We could walk to the beach access areas from our condo. All in all, we were pleased with out stay.
