The kitchen was very well equipped. Beach view and beach access excellent. One bedroom did not have a functional thermostat so had to use a space heater. Clothes washer in bedroom was very smelly.

Excellent ocean views from deck, dining room, living room, and upper bedroom! Wonderful location - path to beach across the street and 2 blocks from main street with shops, coffee, and restaurants.Nicely updated kitchen and well-stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. (Could use some more silverware for a large group.) Use of garage was really nice! Sheltered entry with a bench made taking off sandy/wet items easy. Loved that 2 bedrooms had private patio/deck!Bathrooms were small and could’ve use an update but totally satisfactory.This unit and the neighboring one could be rented together (adjoining door in kitchen)! Great spot for 2 families!Will definitely book again!

The best location in Manzanita. Home was clean with views from all rooms. Had a very fast response when we let the management know the internet went down. Beds were comfortable. The only minor negative is some kitchenware needs to be restocked - lack of forks, wine glasses.

Amazing lovely beach view from every window! Plenty of room. Great shades on every window and door, they work well and you can still see the sun setting. Large kitchen. Comfortable beds. Path to beach makes a 2 minute walk from your front door. We will stay again! Thanks

This property is all about the location. It's right on the water with beautiful views and accessibility to downtown Manzanita. The interior of the property was a bit dated and could use better maintenance. The carpets and towels were damp and the bathrooms were so dated that basics like shower doors were not always functional. The kitchen was relatively new and practical. With just a bit of updating and maintenance, this property would be a 10/10.

Beautiful view!

This was a perfect location for our family. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax when we weren’t out enjoying the area. The weather was chilly when we were in town. This would be perfect in warm weather so close to the beach. It’s a pet friendly home and could smell pet urine on carpets in the bedrooms with sliding glass doors. Heat in entryway and two bedrooms didn’t work. Tires are flat on bike, bike pump would be nice. There is bike rental in town also. Exhaust fan in lower level bath has a problem, loud and banging such that we couldn’t talk over it so we couldn’t use it. These things did not detract from our stay however thought owners might want to know.

Great location in downtown Manzanita with commanding views of the ocean from nearly every room.

A terrific place to stay for your family. The house is laid out very well for our family of four. The house was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Comfortable and clean 90s era decor with updated appliances.and kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

Beachfront and close to town!

Beautiful oceanfront duplex located across small local road. Very easy and short path to beach. Stunning views from almost every room! Updated and well stocked kitchen. Pull out couch in living room old and not super comfy.. just FYI if planning to use it for someone to sleep on. Easy walk in to town! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ocean view home

The home had a beautiful view, with many outdoor spaces. I loved the great location by all the cute shops. Easy access to the beach. The home was perfect for our Girls Weekend. We would love to come back.

Wonderful stay

Being steps to the beach and having fabulous views of the coast was wonderful! The weather was dynamic and a delight to watch from the comfortable living room. The staff was wonderful to work with too. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the smell of the wood burning stove from prior use. Otherwise it was a total delight & I loved the easy walk to stores, coffee and spa!

Loved the house, but especially loved the small touches that made us completely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels in the bathrooms. Tissue! Directions for using the TV. Maybe you can tell I have stayed in a house that had none of these things and that made out stay a hassle. Not this house. Did I mention the perfect view of the beach and ocean and the easy walk to town?

Views and location make up for down at the heels condition

Mattresses need replacing, dining room table and chairs uncomfortable. Not enough towels and washcloths. But the location and views help make up for these deficiencies. Not sure we would stay there again; there are other options.
