Moderno appartamento con 2 camere da letto completamente autonomo. Grande camera da letto matrimoniale e singola principale e piccola camera a castello. Accesso al ponte e alla piscina termale.

Posizione centrale a Orford con spiaggia, IGA e "Il nostro parco", tutti raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi.

Bellissima spiaggia primaverile e Orford Golf club entrambi a cinque minuti di auto e Triabunna per l'accesso in traghetto a Maria Island e servizi aggiuntivi a 8 minuti di auto.

Posizione perfetta per l'accesso alla magnifica East Coast. Un'ora e mezza di auto dalla penisola di Freycinet o Bicheno via Swansea e molte meravigliose cantine.

Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus.

Good stay

Good location for maria island. A little bit dark inside (few sunlight) with an 'interesting' interior.Lot of wallibies around dusk

Terrible

To begin with this accommodation was stated as an apartment, not true!! This property is the lower level, backyard of their home/residence. Upon driving down their driveway and realising that we were to be staying with our hosts literally living above us we immediately felt uncomfortable. We entered the premises only to find a completely cluttered, filthy and dingy environment. As an example the fridge was grotty, kitchen sink had food in the drain, the bathroom was dirty - the shower floor was covered with grimy mould and hair on the floor, not to mention the bed sheets on the 4 beds were stained and dirty. We were woken on Sunday morning at 7am to noise from upstairs and the owners also walking on the deck outside the bedroom & lounge window at their free will. To say we are grossly horrified that someone can expect to charge for this disgrace is an understatement.

Perfect getaway!

Was a great place to stay to see the local sights for our family. The place was quiet, clean and spacious! Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic. Recommended!

Brendan’s birthday weekend.

We have been here for the last 2 years for Brendan’s birthday. It’s so relaxing here and an ideal spot to base for day excursions. The property is lovely and the spa divine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaview Crescent Apartment. It was private and quiet, a lovely place for a restful few days. We also loved the hot tub.. many thanks Gail. We hope to stay again and recommend the property.. :)

Terrible experience

We chose this place for the spa. By 9pm the first night there, the spa was still too cold to use. At 9 pm the power went out, just in the apartment. We knocked on the hosts door upstairs, phoned and texted her. No reply. Power came back on at 8am, and went off again after an hour. Gail was too busy on the golf course to sort out the issue with the power for her paying guests. We also found out the previous guests had been having the same issues with power cutting out, but Gail was happy to take our money and not even mention it. We asked for a refund due to the power issue and cold spa and Gail's response, delivered very rudely, was that we could check out if we limed, but no way would we get a refund. Rather than risk another night sitting in the dark with no power, we left and played more money to stay somewhere else. Very disappointing experience. Don't advertise a spa if you are too cheap to turn it on early enough Gail. We would like our money back please

Disappointing

The house was dirty, especially the shower which had mould everywhere. There's an architrave missing in the bedroom which has a gap into the ceiling. A lot of dust. A positive was the spa. We left early and will not return

It was good value with comfortable beds but the space was not welcoming and everything a bit tired . The kitchen was well equipped. There were 3 of us but only 2 stools to eat at the breakfast bar .The outdoor space is dominated by the large hot tub . There were no views from the property but very convenient to take the ferry to Maria island .

Birthday celebrations

We stayed here for my partner’s 60th birthday. He now wants to come back every year for his birthday. It was relaxing and peaceful and the jacuzzi is to die for.

Dark and gloomy, no natural light or views- despite the name. Loungeroom floor was filthy with long accumulated grot under chairs. We didn’t stay and booked elsewhere. Sadly too late for a refund.

Loved the Jacuzzi- Great to relax in after a long day at Maria Island. Hosts respected our privacy and provided heaps of provisions and towels. great value for money. highly recommend

Seaview Cres, Orford

Nice big spa. Location convenient. The unit is substandard: bed sheets, kitchen utensils, carpet, etc are all old and very dirty. Address not listed on Google Map. It looks like these issues have been listed by previous tenants but the owners haven't bothered improving them. We will never come back.
