4 ppl max: If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Six miles from Provincetown! Short walk to the beach!
Newly renovated bright and spacious ground floor studio with air conditioning. Comfortably sleeps four. Walk out onto private patio and into spacious back yard with BBQ grills and picnic tables.
Amenities include air conditioning, heat, and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Microwave, full size stove and refrigerator. Full bathroom, tub with shower. Two queen beds and sleep sofa. Free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool.
Ample parking. Swimming pool on site. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. Enjoy your vacation here! We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of The Meadow Beach.

Great Stay at Braemar Condos

Braemar Condos was a great place to stay. The condo (studio style) was very spacious and very clean. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a pool and also being able to take the shuttle bus into P-Town. I would definitely stay here again!

relaxing get a way

Simply perfect. From the evening we checked in , the time we checked out , and every single moment in between our time at The Braemare was perfect! We are looking forward returning next year ! We even got the Best dinner suggestion .

A very nice visit

The property was exactly as listed -- even felt a little bigger in person than in the pictures. Its was very clean and in excellent condition. Location was great -- very convenient to everything without being in the middle of it. The beds are very firm -- good for some, not so good for others. Would definitely stay again in the future.
