Great property with heated pool

Property was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and all plumbing, drains, A/C etc. worked as expected. There were no insects anywhere in the home or garage. Very pleasant vacation home. AA++

True Relaxation Finally!

I have a difficult time relaxing at resorts and even some of the places we've rented. But here...with the private pool and privacy fences, a beautiful view and music playing...I finally felt like I had a vacation where I could truly relax. The house is supplied with everything you need! It was a wonderful week!

Wonderful house

A jaw dropping view as you walk in Very clean very spacious Wonderful deck out back Awesome fishing, caught 20lbs plus Turtle Alligator gar fish 3 foot long and lots of 1lbs crappies. Wonderful pool , not to keen on salt water but it was still nice Amazing staff. Thank you for everything

Anniversary get away

Out of all the houses we have rented this house was the best by far. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The pool was refreshing and the view overlooking the water was a relaxing setting. Although my wife and I got COVID during the week and was sick several days I can say I’m thankful that at least we were in a comfortable place. I must also say that Anja who checked us in was great. She was very helpful with every question we had. Hopefully we will be able to return to this house. Kenny

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt in der Villa Pleasure sehr genossen. Tolle Villa, gemütlich eingerichtet. Und der Pool ist der Wahnsinn. Unsere Tochter hat ihn geliebt. Alles super sauber und alle notwendigen Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden. Und Handtücher in Hülle und Fülle. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und eine relaxte Hausverwaltung.

Everything and more than what was expected!!!!! Loved the place and management was easy to deal with

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this location. The property and house were beautiful, and the property manager was easy to deal with!!!!! Will definitely be making a return trip!!!!

Awesome Property & Great Stay!!

The home was so great! We enjoyed our vacation. Peaceful and relaxing. We spent most times outdoors at the pool area. Great open floor plan, spacious. Great location to awesome dining and shopping. We will be back! Thank you for the incredible stay!

Peacefully wonderful

Such a quiet and restful home. Everything you could want. Nicest place ever. We celebrating our 60 anniversary. Only thing better would be to share with our family. Plenty of room. Our doggy loves it too.

5-star Owner & Local Property Manager

Pluses -Lovely spacious home, incredibly clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. -As a disabled veteran, I do not normally sleep well when traveling, however MBR bed was extremely comfortable. I found the individual coverlets very conducive to a good night's sleep. -Guest bathroom provides a shower with several waterfall options such that it was our number one choice for daily bathing. -Multiple streaming services included a selection of hundreds of programs and movies for evening R&R. We also enjoyed the streaming availability of YouTube videos of nightly ocean surf sounds and daily scenic marine life. -Owner was very responsive and extremely helpful in resolving an availability discrepancy reported by VRBO after online booking request. The local property manager, Anja, was a delight and equally responsive to our inquiries. -No minuses noted. It would be our distinct pleasure to return to this rental property on our next visit to the Cape.

Home was very accommodating. Beautiful clean and relaxing. View of the lake every morning was spectacular. Everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect!

Private & Quiet newer neighborhood

We rented this house for a full month of March. The location is near many shopping centers including Sam’s Club and Farmer Joe’s, and every restaurant you can think of. Also the proximity to Matlacha Isles for great seafood. We especially liked the outdoor space, view and fenced yard for our dog. It’s spacious and has comfortable furnishings. Great communication with management.

Very nice stay and would book again

The property is very nice! We really enjoyed it and it is very clean. The only knock is the number of TV's (one in main living area and one in master suite) and literally zero channels except locals. The internet did support our streaming services during the stay, so come prepared. We would book again!

Gorgeous home on the water!

We came for Christmas to see our son and granddaughter. The house was perfect, they even have a Christmas tree fully decorated. Our granddaughter had a great time as did we. We will definitely consider this property again. Inge is wondering to work with. Merry Christmas, Lisa

Amazing property

This property was exactly what was advertise, except that the advertisement do not mention the amazing property manager, Inge and her husband were above and beyond our expectations. Very professionals and communicative at all time. I will recommend this property to family and friends.

A great place for the price!

This was a very beautiful house to stay for our girls trip! The property manager we're very nice and explained everything in detail. We thought it was a little weird though that we had to pay extra for electricity. We have never had to do that for any other rental property. So make sure to plan extra cash for that at checkout! It was nice to have lawn chairs, beach towels, and coolers available for our day trips. It would however be nice to have some updated lawn chairs that function better. also it would be nice if the heater to the pool went longer than 5 p.m. Overall we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend!

Very Clean

Enjoyed the house, but its not really a 4 bdroom as listed. The 4th room is an office, converted to a bedroom. No closet and it shares the master bath. For us girls that stayed there, it was no big deal, but I can see where it could be. Nice touch with a bottle of wine left for us. But overall, very nice, very clean and reasonably priced.

A slice of heaven

This home was exactly as advertised. The check in/out with Inge was effortless. The house was spotless and spacious, the pool was amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house. The view was spectacular and quiet. We never saw one person on the lake behind us and at night it seemed like we were the only ones in the area. The house is centrally located to get to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and only an hour and a half drive to the Everglades. If I had to complain about anything it would be that they only had about 15 channels on their cable package. I get that you want to keep your costs down, but if I’m paying this kind of money, I expect something more than bare bones basic cable.

Great Rental Experience

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! If we travel to this part of Florida again, we will happily book here. The house was quite clean and well provisioned. We appreciated the small details that the property manager and owners thoughtfully provided. Cold drinks were in the refrigerator, the pantry had some kitchen essentials,, oil, seasonings, etc. The additional charges for electricity were clearly described both from the booking agent and Inge the property manager. There were no surprises in that regard. The house itself and the pool area were beautiful. The furniture was comfortable and in nice condition. I appreciated how comfortable the master bed was and had no problem falling asleep there. We brought our relatively large dog on this trip and this was the perfect place for him. The backyard is fully fenced to the water line and he was able to roam the yard as needed. The house has beautiful stone floors and they are hard enough that we didn't worry about the dog or children marking them. The location was a bit of a drive to the various beaches but we knew that before booking and were prepared. We were looking for a quiet, welcoming place to relax with the kids by a pool and we found this home perfect for that. As an aside, we enjoyed some local restaurants and would recommend HJ German Corner for German food, Azucar for Cuban, and Luciano's for pizza. Hopefully, this helps someone! Thank you for a nice stay in Cape Coral!!

Nice home

The home is exactly what is photographed. Great space. Clean. Nice area. Pool was a nice bonus as well. There was something for everyone. I wish it was disclosed at the time of reserving the home that you can use $3.50 of electric per day and there is a charge of $.15/kWh for over that amount . Only amounted to $17 extra dollars but would have been nice to know. We paid for a cleaning fee however we did not fully clean the bottom of the grill. There was an additional charge for that as well. If you rent just be sure to clean the grill plates, sides and bottom of the grill. I would rent here again for sure because it was such a nice place but now know how we could avoid the nickel and dime charges

August get away

Beautiful home with a great pool/ patio area. The location requires some driving to get to beaches, but completely manageable. Great place for families or group of 6 to 8. Even caught a glimpse of the gator in canal behind the rental.
