This unit at Sterling Shores has recently been updated by new owners we left nothing but imagination we replaced everything. Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances wireless stereo system with fireplace. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is it. The kitchen will make the best gourmet cook envious as it has been stocked with everything so that you can cook if you want too. Three flat screen TV's with DVDs. This unit is located right in middle of Destin, close to Big Kahuna water park and the Track suitable for kids and plenty of things to do. This is truly a vacation home away from home you will love it. Several people have booked our unit for the up coming year as they really loved the unit and it's fantastic view of the Gulf. We stocked the kitchen with a Keurig Coffee machine with all kinds of coffee. With the Drapes pulled back you can see the Ocean from the kitchen, it is truly amazing to watch the sun come up and then go down, it is so relaxing. Sterling Shores is located close to shopping centers and 10 minutes from the outlet center, if you like to shop and dine, Destin has it all and within 15 minutes of everything imaginable. The Destin Commons is just 5 minutes away with plenty of shopping, theater, Bass Pro Shop, and much more, you can stay busy just looking around the Commons. Sterling Shores is a retreat in itself it has two fantastic pools one is heated for year round comfort and fun, the other is a lagoon style you can just walk in. It has a grill area that is right next to the pool. You can play and eat right on the pool side. The kids really love it, the adults love the beach and the romantic walks on the Emerald Green Waters and the Sugary White Sands that only Destin has. It has a 42 seat theater area and a exercise room that is for the novice or the most dedicated.

This property was amazing! The view was incredible from sunrise to sunset! We enjoyed the direct beach access, pools, and other nearby amenities! The condo is in the approach of an airport landing. We enjoyed watching the various planes come in each day! We will be back!

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very accommodating as we were coming to town for a wedding and needed to access the condo a little early to get ready for the festivities! Great location, beautiful view! I would definitely recommend!

Cozy Vacation

We stay in this condo every year when we visit and try out different units based on who we are traveling with and this unit was very nice. The house was clean, had plenty of space, came with dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and plenty of coffee for the Keurig. Our favorite part of this stay was that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The wagon was a very useful tool for walking down and back up from the beach instead of carrying everything. We will be back and will likely request to stay in this unit if it is available. Also, side note, the grills are gas powered and there are plenty by the pool for use. We grilled hot dogs for my entire family by the pool as they came to visit while they were in town.

This property was absolutely amazing!! The condo had absolutely everything that we needed and everything is close by..being able to cook helped alot.very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Property

Condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. Took 3 teenagers for Spring Break and felt secure for their safety as the whole complex is very family friendly. Would absolutely take my family back.

Great place for our family of 4!

We greatly enjoyed everything about our stay. The information provided and check in process was very helpful. There were waters and snacks waiting for us which was such a kind touch. The property was in a great location on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Our kids loved the pool! The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available were much appreciated, too! Thank you for a great place to spend a handful of days in the area.

Overall the property was amazing! Even though there was construction going on, our honeymoon with you guys was amazing to say the least! Perfect for a small family!

We truly couldn’t have asked for anything better for our vacation. The beach access is so easy and the two pools were super clean and very nice. The unit itself was so well-stocked with necessities. I packed so many things that I could’ve left at home (hair dryer, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, beach towels, kitchen appliances/cookware, bottled water, body wash, the list could go on!) We will definitely be back.

Nice and clean

Place was nice and clean, looks exactly like the pictures posted on the website. Actually, felt roomier once we got there. Only drawback for the place was one of the elevators was super slow at times and the other one elevator didn't work sometimes. No fault of the condo though. Would stay here again.

AMAZING! Great condo with great owners!!

There were so many extras in this condo from more than 6 beach chairs, beach towels, dishwasher pods, hand soaps to a kitchen that is fully equipped. Emails were answered within minutes and the phone was answered if we had questions while we were there. Traveling as a family always has its stresses but I couldn’t have asked for a better condo and Paul took care of everything. We had other families staying in others condos in this complex and they were all envious of our condo from the decor to the towels and extras that were supplied. I highly recommend this condo and I will stay here again. Loved every minute of our stay.

Great location and attentive host

Condo: Drinking coffee on the balcony each morning was my favorite part of the condo. Being on the 10th floor, you get an amazing view. The condo was clean & fresh upon arrival. There were bottled waters, coffee creamer & a few bags of individual size chips. Such a nice touch! Everything you need is there. There is a wagon, beach chairs & boogie boards. While we didn’t use them, I also spotted an ice pack & an insulated tote. There are two comfortable beds, a great blow up bed & you can also sleep on the couch. I had thought the couch had a pull out mattress (if it did, we couldn’t figure it out). From what we could tell, you take off the back cushions & make it up as a bed. The linens & towels were fresh & in great condition. The kitchen is updated, efficient & has everything you need. While it doesn’t impact the use of the condo, the decor is slightly mismatched. You feel a beach theme, but there are other items that feel a bit out of place & make the space feel a bit cluttered. If a few items were removed, it would make it feel lighter, airier & more open. Property: The property has 2 pools. One large one & a smaller one across the street as you head to the beach. We didn’t utilize the large pool as weather was too cool, but we did enjoy the smaller, heated pool. Both pools are in good repair. The grounds are all in good repair & they keep everything well maintained & visually pleasing. The exterior of the building is showing its age in certain areas. Obviously the sea air affects the building, but it was notable that it needed fresh paint & attention in a few areas. This is not something that the host would be responsible for, but it is notable to not expect a pristine exterior upon arrival. In addition, one of the elevators was not working which made wait times much longer when going up & down from the condo. I’m assuming this is just a temporary glitch, but it did impact our stay & was not in use the 5 days we were there. Carts are available for luggage & groceries. The host: Paul was great! Before the trip, I had a few questions & he always got back with me very quickly. He was prompt, thorough & very helpful. In addition, while we were on property, we had a need that he attended to very quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his condo & it shows in his attention to detail & responsiveness. Overall, this was a great trip & a nice, comfortable landing spot for our family.

We want your stay to be flawless and a real vacation that you deserve. I am an avid fisherman and have taken guests fishing, if the wife lets them go, just kidding, about the wife not about the fishing.

Why they chose this property

The Destin area was our dream location as I used to come here to fish,
The area is close to the Gulf Stream so it is easy to get to where the fish are at. We always wanted to retire here and finally just made up our minds. We also like the Ocean and the Emerald Green Waters of the Destin area, it is so beautiful and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Sterling Shores in the Destin area, offered a beautiful view and we wanted a place that we could look out at the ocean and relax. The beautiful sunset made up our minds to purchase
this unit as it was on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. It was breathtaking and we just love it.
