The Condo was a great location just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well stocked with items needed, especially for the beach. The only thing I would change is the host inform us how to exactly get to the beach area from the condo. Thankful there were nice people to assist us. Would definitely book again.

The host are great to deal with. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Communication is great. Very easy to get a hold of if needed. The balcony has an awesome view of the ocean,pools and property. Condo was clean and kitchen was perfect.

Everything you need is within walking distance….beach access, restaurants, and fun activities. The view of the ocean was better than the pictures on the app.

The host was very responsive and proactive in communications. I appreciate the call letting me know the place was ready.Great location and it's one floor below penthouse. I thought being off the elevator would be a bit much or noisy but it wasn't and it was very convenient when bringing stuff up and back and forth from pool/beach.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Destin in this space. It was perfect for our family and the owners were super quick to respond to questions. The view was wonderful as well. The furniture was comfortable, and the entire space was clean. We will definitely be booking here again! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing view of the beach and ocean from the 10th floor large balcony and from inside as well. The full glass doors and large mirror setup in the living room give a feeling of large area and a great view with lot of natural light all thru' the day. The owners were great help, they came over to resolve a small issue with the hot water and were very nice to talk to. They also allowed us to hang around for a couple of extra hours on the day of check-out. Overall , a great stay we enjoyed!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable. The pool and beach access was exceptional. The property was clean, secure and staff were friendly. Communication with the host was the best, they were even nice enough to let us check-in early. I took my two teenage sons to Destin and we wanted a nice, affordable place that is close to the beach. And boy did we get it. This condo was clean, comfortable, and packed with everything you need for the beach. And that’s a good thing because you are VERY close to the beach. In Destin, you’ll often see people crossing the main road to get to the beach. If you stay at this condo, you won’t need to worry about that. The beach is a short walk across an enclosed courtyard and then a small street. That’s it. You also have two swimming pools to use, and you are right behind a very cool and yummy restaurant (The Back Porch). The location could not be better.As for the hosts, they were warm, accommodating, and communicative. We honestly could not have asked for more.As for the condo itself, the beds were very comfortable, the couch was as well, and the showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.If you are looking for a place to stay in Destin that is comfortable, close to the beach, and affordable, do yourself a favor and just book this place. You will not regret it.
