This 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit has it all including proximity to the gulf! Deeded beach access is located right across the street. Check out all the shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlet that has countless name brand stores, Destin Commons as well as Boulevard Shopping Center too! Baytowne Wharf is only 3 miles away where they have numerous activities and festivals throughout the year. Brand new furnishings and appliances are complimented by wood flooring throughout. Enjoy the brand new Smart TVs that can be used in conjunction with the high-speed internet.

The décor of the condo is beach-life approved, with all the southern charm you could hope for. The Full/Queen bedroom has a view of the sparkling Gulf outside the window! The Master suite is furnished with coastal bedding on a King bed. An en suite bath accompanies the Master suite and is complete with a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, standalone shower, and a full-length mirror. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be taken in from the window, and are quite the site to wake up to.

The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, and four barstools line the kitchen counter. A formal dining table provides seating for 6. Great Stay for the Fabulous Five Reunion

Renting through VRBO was so easy. Jossie was great to communicate with. The condo is great. The steps going back up from the beach are steep for 53 year olds after a day at the beach but $10 would get you a couple of guys to haul your stuff up

Miramar beach

The only downfall was that you had to pay for an additional car. I felt that you should have free parking for at least 2 cars. It was right across from the beach which was great.

Pictures don’t do justice.

This property was perfect for my family stay, it was very spacious and had every cooking utensil needed. Short walk to the beach, and even shorter walk to the pool. We had no problems other than WiFi being slightly slow and glitchy., which weather could be to blame. This property was right in the middle of EVERYTHING! This slept all 6 of us perfectly: would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Destin.

It was perfect for us our daughter/ husband & 3 grandchildren. Loved the master bedroom & bath and a huge TV . If you cook you may want to bring your own skillet & sharp knives for prepping food. Not many storage containers but enough to make do. This is definitely not a complaint it merely a suggestion. We cooked our meals and spent our money on adventures. I wished there was a crockpot we like to put something in and it be done when we arrive home from the beach. We ran to Walmart and bought a 20.00 one. I was going to leave it for the next guest but my neice wanted it. Unless I missed it when I booked if you have 2 vehicles there is only 1 parking spot and the second vehicle has to park 3 blocks away and pay 25.00 a night for parking. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Loved our stay and would definitely book again .

Lovely Space, Beautiful View!

The condo was much larger than we expected, definitely more spacious than what the photos portray. The natural lighting was so gorgeous in the living room. Access to the beach was also a lot closer than expected. Parking is definitely challenging if you have more than one vehicle, especially for a condo that accommodates up to 8 guests. But overall everything was wonderful! We would definitely visit again!

The condo is very nice and the location is convenient and about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The AC was not working when we arrived but Josie called prior and let us know they were working g on it. It was fixed that night but it didn’t cool down until the following morning. No big deal. The bad part- the first day we found a few dead roaches under the bed in the front bedrooms. Upon leaving we found a live one trying to set up shop in a suit case. The next morning my wife and I both noticed a weird smell in our bed. We took the sheets off and noticed a large urine spot at the top of the bed between our heads. Gross! We had to wash the sheets and the comforter. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle you’ll need to make arrangements. The condo only allows for one vehicle per condo. That probably wouldn’t affect most people I assume. Overall it was a very nice place and Josie was very accommodating to any of my concerns and responded within a reasonable time. I would recommend hiring a new cleaning company however. Thanks for helping us have a nice vacation!

This rental is amazing walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also the beach is literally right across the way. The security guard downstairs was a bit rude, but overall this place is definitely a place i will be booking in the near future. Thank you Jossie for everything you are so sweet.

Everything was perfect! I was unsure about staying across the street with a 1 1/2 year old and 3 year old but it was a very short walk to the beach from the unit. They had beach chairs available in the condo but we rented some On the beach so they would be set up everyday.

We have never been to Destin/ Miramar before and we were so happy with our vacation there! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and everything was exactly as pictured. Beach was just across the street and super close to groceries, shopping and restaurants! Owners were super responsive to any messages or questions we had.
