The property is a sunny 2master-bedrooms getaway with 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is nicely decorated and fully furnished over 2 floors, with all the comforts of home. Pool and hot tub right off the lanai.
This property is only available occasionally as we use it as our own vacation escape along with our family. We keep it very clean and welcome you in hopes you would enjoy and respect it as your own as well. This is a 4-plex with very little pool usage, so it seems like it's all your own.
Come enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private patio.
Close to shopping, restaurants, yacht club and beach.
30 minutes from RSW and just 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
