First, the positive. This is in a great location. No beach access directly, but it's available just a few houses down. It was wonderful hearing the waves night and day. Watching the surfers. The street it's on is pretty quiet. The kitchens, living rooms, patios were really nice areas to convene in and lounge. Beds were comfy. The management company was really responsive. We had two minor issues, and they took care of them really quickly. On the downside, be aware that most of the bedrooms and bathrooms are really tight. Tiny sinks in the bathrooms. Room for only one nightstand in several of the bedrooms. Not a big deal, as we didn't spend much time in them, but just be aware. And the parking is tricky. They say there is room for 3 cars, but that's only if they are small cars. One spot is in the shared garage. Two spots are basically blocking the sidewalk and spilling into the street. We had a Suburban, and it did not fit into any of the three assigned spots. Luckily, there was plenty of free street parking literally just across the street, so it was no problem. Finally, this rental is the bottom and middle floor of a 3-story unit. If there is someone renting the third floor unit who is noisy, it could be annoying. We were lucky. It was unoccupied until the last night. And while we definitely heard the upstairs guests and their dog, they were quiet at night, so it was fine. In spite of all this, we'd stay there again. It's hard to find five BR/five baths right on beach.
