Great location with plenty of space

Vista Cay is in a great location if you want to go to Universal but also have some space (condo and pool). Also, easy access to shops and restaurants.

Excellent Disneyworld homebase

Just returned from a week of Disney mayhem and this was an excellent place for my family of 4 + my dad and sister to stay with us. We each had plenty of space, very comfy beds, and extra dishes and towels which meant I wasn’t busy doing chores on my vacation every day. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place

Loved the suite. Plenty of room. Great location. Plenty of plates and cutlery for everyone. Very clean. We are actually going to make this our “Go To” rental for all future trips.

Clean, spacious, awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our my wife and I and our 3 adult children + 2 SO’s. There were 7 of us, ages 20-56. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. Minutes from everything! The pool was very nice and relaxing. Check in and check out was very easy. Next time we are in Orlando we will definitely try to book this condo.

Our stay

Very little supply of dishes and kitchen supply. Towels were not enough. Old dishwasher which makes so much noise. Beds are not comfortable The worst part is the smell of garbage in the hallways which was very strong.

Condo was Clean

Our specific condo was good and clean. Need more pillows if sleeping two people on double beds. Two of the rooms would not cool down properly. Hallways in building had bad odor and not clean. Had a taco feed for girls volleyball team one night, super calm and quite just some families eating. Yet were reprimanded for having over 10 people in the room. It advertises that it sleeps 10+? Owner also drives by daily to inspect and also reprimanded us for accidentally leaving 2 chairs on covered patio while raining. Have stayed at Vista Cay four times prior with no issues like this. Again nice layout of the condo and was clean. All appliances worked well.

Great stay for large group

We enjoyed staying here with four adult couples for a short Universal trip. Having only 2 bathrooms was a little cramped, but otherwise no issues.

Super Condo!

Great experience from start to finish. They were responsive via e-mail or phone. Emailed check in instructions 5 days before. Condo was extremely clean and had everything we need. Will be back!

Comfortable stay

Property is as pictured in large complex. Was quiet and clean. The unit is showing it's age and for the money you spend a few more of the necessities would be helpful, although there is a grocery store just down the road. Worked out great for a place to crash and hang out with family after a busy day.

Great location!

This rental was great! Wonderful location to all Orlando attractions. 4 bedrooms was a great luxury and the condo was super clean. Pool at vista cay was nice, walking trail is great and proximity to grocery store etc was great.

Would stay again

Loved loved the location close to all the theme parks. The condo is very clean. First day was a little loud considering there’s construction going on. But after that everything went well. The kitchen faucet is backwards so cold is hot hot is cold. Need some new scissors they wouldn’t cut much. I was trying to cook bacon couldn’t cut the wrapper.But the managers were very nice and if we had any questions they addressed it. The things I’m saying is minor no big deal. I recommend staying here.

Very Large and clean space!

We LOVED this property so much. It was the perfect size for our family and there was so much space for everyone. The location was great as it was minutes away from the parks that we were visiting, as well as great restaurants near by. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We definitely will be staying here again.

Universal Trip

Wonderful location just 10-15 mins from the theme parks. Easy access, parking and a wonderful condo for our family. The unit was vary spacious and had all the comforts of home. All the beds were extremely comfortable! Would recommend and would return again.
