UBICACIÓN: Oceanfront Kona costa / Kailua-Kona, Isla Grande de Hawai, EE.UU.. 25 minutos al sur del Aeropuerto Internacional de Kona, a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes, cine, y conocido Snorkel Beach, el Kahalu'u Beach Park a sólo 2 cuadras al norte.
ALOJAMIENTOS: Condominio, edificio 5-204 dos dormitorios, dos baños, segunda unidad de esquina piso. Esta es una unidad muy privada. Sin la construcción de al lado o un estacionamiento exterior. No fumadores, no se admiten mascotas. Nueva TV de pantalla plana y acceso ilimitado a alta velocidad inalámbrico CABLE MODEM INTERNET con una impresora inalámbrica para su ordenador portátil para darle más tiempo después de navegar por la web para disfrutar de Kona. Televisor adicional en el segundo dormitorio.

ABSOLUTA FRENTE AL MAR, Recinto: Ven a disfrutar del paraíso en nuestro segundo hogar. Bellamente redecorado, segundo piso, unidad de esquina con vistas al océano y la clase mundial hoyo Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course. El curso de la montaña es adyacente. Desde la terraza que tiene maravillosas vistas sin obstáculos de la costa de Kona, donde se puede disfrutar viendo las ballenas en el invierno y delfines durante todo el año.

El Oceanfront Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club se encuentra en un jardín de 17 acres con tres canchas de tenis iluminadas y una piscina. Hay parrillas de gas y de carbón y una zona de picnic al aire libre.

Nuestro condominio es nuestro segundo hogar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size con vistas al océano. El dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales con televisión con vistas al campo de golf. Un amplio comedor se encuentra junto a la sala de estar. Hay un gran lanai envolvente para cenas al aire libre y actividades de ocio donde experimentará las mejores vistas costeras y puestas de sol.

Lovely condo in great location, panoramic ocean views. Only downside is that there is no AC & it did get quite warm a couple days without breezes. Fans in the unit are definitely helpful & not so bad when there is a nice breeze coming through. Morgan was prompt & helpful in answering questions & accommodating to needs.

Fantastic family stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. It is extremely spacious and well equipped and its position in the end building gave it that extra bit of privacy. The wrap-around lanai is the perfect place to sit and enjoy just watching and listening to the ocean, absolutely gorgeous! The location is fantastic, within easy reach of Kona and amenities like a supermarket right nearby. The check-in process was very easy and information provided by the host was clear and detailed. All the basics and more were provided and there is plenty of beach equipment that you can borrow! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

This condo is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the beach equipment. The full size washer and dryer is a plus. What really stands out is the corner location and the wrap around lanai. The corner location ensures quiet and privacy, as well as sprawling ocean views. There is plenty of seating and tables on the lanai where we had coffee each morning and watch the sunset each evening. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Clear communication with the owner. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. There is a shopping center with Longs Drugs, grocery store, coffee shop and several eateries just 5 minute drive away. Great snorkeling just half-mile north … we walked there but there is plenty of parking too. We would absolutely stay here again when back in the Big Island

Awesome place to stay

I can only say this was the best condo we have ever stayed at while in Hawaii. The view was amazing as seen in the pictures. The sound of the ocean is very soothing. My wife and I stayed 7 nights and had our breakfast and dinner at the condo all but 1 day. Why go to a restaurant that has a great view when you already have your own private spacious lanai to enjoy? The sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. The condo was very clean and had everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It is updated very well with beautiful wooden floors and a great kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The condo does not have an air conditioner but does not need one as the ceiling fans and breeze kept the place very comfortable. The condo is a short walk to the KTA food market and the Keauhou shopping center. We will stay here again on our next trip to the big Island. We found a gem.

Amazing views and ocean breezes

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to the Big Island and we will definitely be back. The lanai is spectacular overlooking the ocean. Kona town is 4.5 mile drive with snorkeling and beaches less than a mile away. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table at the property. It felt like a home away from home! The only negative is the unit has no A/C and it was humid while we were there so trying to get ready to go out got a little steamy at times. But sleeping with the windows open and fans on was quite comfortable. I’ll say it again - we’ll be back!

Great oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The oceanfront location was the key selling point, and it didn’t disappoint! The unit’s middle floor location meant that we could hear our neighbors above us. The unit doesn’t have A/C but we managed to stay comfortable with the trade winds and ceiling fans.

Excellent appartement

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement qui a une vue splendide sur l'océan sur les 2 cotes de la terrasse. Mobilier neuf, appartement tres bien équipé a 3 min en voiture dune grande surface, 10 min du spot pour une plongee de nuit avec les raies manta et à 15 min du centre de Kona avec tous les restaurants bars et boutiques. Piscine, tennis, ping pong dans la residence tres bien entretenue. Accès à la 1ere plage a 5 min a pied de l'appartement a lautre extrémité de la residence. Prévoir des chaussures de plage pour entrer dans leau car beaucoup de rochers

Kona condo

Had a short but wonderful stay here! We had one issue upon check in and the owners were quick to respond and resolve it ! The view from the lanai is amazing , no better place to watch the sunsets. No a/c but that was never an issue as there is plenty of windows to get that breeze thru the unit.

Over the Top

My husband, brother, and sister in law enjoyed 8 days in this beautiful condo. The views are spectacular, and we spent time relaxing on the lanai every day. I have rented many vacation properties, but this one was equipped better than any…from beach chairs to first aid items, aloe for burns and numerous condiments for cooking. We had a glitch checking in, and Morgan was quick to rectify the issue. Kudos to the owners!

Amazing views

This property exceeded our expectations! The views were simply stunning. Going to sleep and waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean was amazing! My only negative was the blender was a bit outdated for a huge smoothie drinker like me. Other than that (and that was very minor) I cannot rate it high enough. Would stay there again without hesitation.
