Charming newly converted summer kitchen-tiny house!
This is a "tiny house" converted from an 1870's summer kitchen. It is charming, smallish, and has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It is a studio type dwelling, with living space at one end (new micro-fiber tiny sofa, (seats two comfortably), queen bed with memory foam mattress, and kitchen at the east end. Cable television in smart tv.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- No smoking Used sheets and towels in baskets provided (at end of stay) Dishes washed & bagged trash in receptacle East of house Boots and shoes on rug inside door Treats guidelines for animals followed: (Horses- three tiny carrots each, one at a time to prevent choking or colic) Pet and feed at your own risk. No one in animal pastures without owner present and permission given. (Horses will open unlatched gates and walk up the lane to Dunkin Donuts!) Cows- treats in barn Caution- electric wires around south meadow cow pasture - walking paths mowed. Caution- electric wire around miniature horses (NE Pasture) behind tiny house *No electric in large west (hiking/hay) meadows and horse trail- walking paths mowed. *No electric in fenced pasture (west)
