Nouvelle maison de plage confortable et récente, printemps 2019, à 125 pieds de la plage.
La maison dispose de nombreux équipements modernes, y compris
AC central, WiFi et laveuse / sécheuse.
La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée a tout le confort.
Les 2 chambres ont un lit queen dans une chambre et une complète (double) et un lits superposés dans l'autre chambre.
Il y a une terrasse extérieure avec une table, des chaises et un barbecue Weber.
Un parking pour 2 voitures juste à côté de la maison, 4 badges de plage et une douche extérieure sont également inclus.
Situé à mi-chemin entre Jenkinsons et l'inlet. A 5 minutes à pied des manèges, arcade et aquarium.
Les bateaux de pêche sont accessibles à pied.

Incredibly close to the beach (just a minute walk to the boardwalk), clean, new, and comfortable. Great place.

Wonderful updated beach house, and very close to the large, beautiful Pt Pleasant beach. Although we only needed one parking spot, the property has 2 convenient parking spaces. Walking the boardwalk, and enjoying the beach were our main focus and this property is ideal for both.

Great beach house in close proximity to everything

What a great beach house! Bright and airy. Immaculate. The kitchen had every appliance you could imagine, which is awesome and sometimes hard to find in shore homes! The owner is amazing to communicate with! We will definitely be renting from Bob again!

This is a lovely home. The location is ideal and it was clean and fresh. How nice to have parking for two vehicles in a town where parking is at a premium. Working with the owner was pleasant and effortless. We will return!

Fabulous beach get away

Cute house with excellent A/C perfect for a beach vaca. Close to the boardwalk and great inlet side restaurants. Robert was a fantastic host! Great communication and extra inforamtion thrown in made this a really great vacation rental!

Great beach house!!

Stayed here in July 2022 and it was fantastic. Adorable, clean and modern beach house with a location that can’t be beat! You are basically one block from the beach. The boardwalk is a few minutes walk away. I was worried it would be noisy at night, but it was actually quiet with only the occasional dog bark from next door. Also loved the grill and outdoor seating, outdoor shower and having 2 parking spaces. I loved it so much I would stay here again. We had an amazing time.

Clean comfortable house steps from the beach

The house is clean and bright with great amenities in the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch easy. The location is amazing - steps from the beach and a short walk to the rides and arcades, but far enough that it is peaceful in the evening. 2 parking spots for the house is a plus because when my brother and his family visited us from the next town they didn't have to pay for parking. Beautiful clean private space steps from the beach

My parents stayed here to help us with our kids during vacation. The property was clean, beautiful and bright from the skylight. They were only steps from the boardwalk. It was in easy proximity to everything around. Bob, the host, was lovely and very easy to get in touch with.

This is a great location! Despite unusually cold weather for June, we had fun at the aquarium and boardwalk. Got the keys in the mail with plenty of time before we left. Looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This two bedroom cottage was beautiful and clean with two off street parking spots. There was a very short walk to the Jenkinson's beach entrance nearest to the jetty side of the beach, which is the more quiet area I am 69 with arthritis and had no problem with this location. The host is quick to respond to questions. I hope to rent here again.

Great place to stay!

The house was beautiful. The sun pours in from the two skylights in the main living area. The house was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are a good size as well as the bathroom. Our stay was really enjoyable. A very short one block walk to the beach was perfect especially with a 22 Month old. A short walk down the boardwalk and you hit a lot of family fun carnival type attractions. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This property was exactly as described, it was very close walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was great traveling with a toddler. We loved the location and the property was very clean. Checking in and out was so easy, very relaxing stay, we can’t wait to come back!

So close to the beach!

I rented this property primarily for a two week getaway as a gift to myself. My husband was with me for 4 days. My adult son came for a few days. And my married son brought wife and baby for a weekend. However I think the house would have felt too small if I ever had all of them visit at the same time. Clean, lots of natural light, fabulous rain showerhead with great water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. I even saw a crock pot and food processor! Very happy we rented this property and will again.
