Convenient

The apartment is very big, we had a three bedroom, and the living spaces and storage spaces are more than generous.The highlight was the pool which was well maintained. Right in town on the same street as woolies, you don’t have to drive if you don’t want to. 6 lifts Spread out made waiting for a lift quick and easy.Our particular apartment could probably use a little update of paint and artwork.

Good location

Clean bright and spacious. Could do with a mirror in the main bedroom and some kind of dressing tables in each room. Patio door very hard to open/ close (stiff,) Also would have been good to have been informed of the 10pm curfew

Disappointing

Location was the big plus. On the downside, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived, it had been left very dirty and smelly. Having 2 children and my 83 year old Mother with us made this a stressful situation for us. Luckily, we had an esky to keep our food in until the fridge was cleaned. Therefore, we had the added expense of eating out. The apartment was cleaned the following day, after I complained. The apartment was far from luxury, as advertised, the furniture was in a bad condition, especially the dining chairs and outdoor furniture, cupboard doors didn't close properly, there were not any pictures, cushions or coat hangers in the property, making the apartment look and feel uncomfortable. The whole apartment has scuffed walls, worn carpet and dirty windows. The resort pool is lovely, but far too small for the amount of units it serves. So therefore always busy. I will never return or recommend this property to anyone.

BBQ and pool area is nice

Beds too soft with some disgusting pillows and a blanket in the cupboard was full of sand. The outdoor setting cushions were very dirty. Fridge ice maker didnt work and the fridge wiring was hanging off the wall. The kitchen was equipped well. Could have done with a luggage trolley, especially as you have to take linen and towels.

Clumsy admin checkin procedure. Dont arrive on a PH, it will cost you $30 in cash for the privilege of waiting for the security dude to rock up and open the LJ Hooker office and give you the keys. In our case the previous guests didnt hand their keys back by the required time so we had one key to share among 6 people - this was really inconvenient!!! The keys were eventually returned to reception, but of course nobody bothered to let us know. We were told on checkout - too little too late. Apartment is in a great location, pool and bbq area were lovely but the room itself was tired and in need of a really good clean and upgrade of carpets, furnishings and fittings. Coathangers in builtin’s would be great. As would be an xbox or similar for the many families with kids who travel.

Fantastic All Round Accomodation

Perfect location, fantastic location, great apartment, clean, tidy and plenty of room. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended and we are fussy guests. ++++AAAAAA. Pool cleaned daily, grounds are great, big bbq area too. Beautiful waking up to the water views. Just stunning, you wont be disappointed

Stayed one night which is more than enough very unclean, cobwebs on Cnr ceiling - carpet filthy window ceils dusty water leaking from shower has not being cleaned properly for a very long time- apartment rented through LJ Hooker do not go through them- very despointed customer.
