L'emplacement - Situé au-dessus des eaux cristallines de Dutchies Beach, Mirage offre une vue imprenable sur Port Stephens. Gardez-le détendu et dirigez-vous directement vers la plage ci-dessous, célÚbre pour ses eaux calmes et propres et un endroit idéal pour la baignade matinale, il propose un barbecue gratuit, un bloc d'équipements et une aire de jeux pour enfants à l'extrémité nord.  Il y a un palier gazonné à l'arriÚre de la propriété ainsi qu'un accÚs à un sentier qui mÚne au populaire "Bridle Path" qui longe la baie. Suivez ce chemin dans le canton de Nelson Bay à environ 2 km pour des cafés et des restaurants dans le CBD ou la marina. 

Le duplex - positionnĂ© surplombant la populaire plage des Dutchies, Mirage offre un espace de vie ouvert moderne avec une vue imprenable depuis la plupart des fenĂȘtres. Un climatiseur Ă  systĂšme divisĂ© vous garde au frais en Ă©tĂ© et au chaud en hiver. Le salon dispose de deux salons x 2 places, TV Ă©cran plat 36 pouces, Foxtel, DVD, lecteur CD, table Ă  manger et chaises. Une porte coulissante en verre accĂšde Ă  un balcon privĂ© avec cadre extĂ©rieur et dispose d'un barbecue Ă©lectrique avec de belles vues sur le port. La toute nouvelle cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et dispose d'un lave-vaisselle en acier inoxydable, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cuisiniĂšre, d'un four micro-ondes et d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur de taille standard.

La chambre principale a un lit queen size, des tables de chevet, un peignoir intĂ©grĂ© miroir, une petite tĂ©lïżœïżœvision Ă  ïżœïżœcran plat, une vue sur l'eau et une salle de bain privĂ©e avec douche en verre, vanitĂ©, toilettes et une baignoire spa d'angle avec une fenĂȘtre d'observation. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits simples, une table de chevet, une armoire et une salle de bain privĂ©e avec douche, vanitĂ© et toilettes. Il y a une buanderie interne comprenant une machine Ă  laver et un sĂšche-linge Ă  chargement par le haut. Quiet retreat


Outstanding property which exactly met our expectations. Pleasantly quiet and private, no traffic sounds, just the sounds from beach and trees. Only drawback would be those with mobility issues as there are stairs to negotiate to the entry. Nice place that I’m sure we’ll return to.

Nice Stay in nice apartment.

Well located apartment with great sea views. Quiet neigbourhood with access to local beach and walking track with 10-15 minutes to Nelson Bay shops. Basic kitchen setup but no cooking oven. Contract Cleaners need a reminder to address issues like cleaning of the balcony floor and spa bath which had residue hair left from previous occupants. TV remote in bedroom had no batteries and it would be nice to leave a can of fly spray in the flat as mozzies are an issue. Otherwise all good ..... recommended.

The views from every room were lovely. However, the bedrooms require ceiling fans as they can get very warm. Also, guests need to be able to get up and down the stairs leading to the property. Otherwise, the property was well-equipped.

Great Location, not very clean

Property was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The unit was covered in dust, hair, bugs/ants and there were stains on the bedding. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned as there was food on the floor from previous guests. Dryer is broken (doesn’t stay on). Wouldn’t return due to cleanliness.

Great location with awesome view. Very basic property as it looked tired with old furniture's. Guests are required to do their own bed. Foxtel connection was not active. Over rated.

A short break at Dutchies Beach

Mirage is the ideal place for a relaxing break up in Port Stephens. Lovely, clean and a wonderful, calm ambience. Perfect balcony to sit with a wine and watch the sun set over the bay and be entertained by the lorikeets, kookaburras, cockatoos and many more. Short cut to the beach via stairs not far from the apartment or a walk to Nelson Bay for a coffee. We loved our stay and hope to return in the year ahead. Tony and Barb Moffatt

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had a great view and the bed was comfy. But the price was to high due to the property not being clean. Spider webs on furniture and I had to wipe over the bedside tables and lamps before even making the bed. Some Glasses in the cupboard not washed or rinsed still having red wine in them.I washed all the things I used in the kitchen before we used them.I would think that the owners of this property would not be happy as the up stairs property looked spotless.I would only recommend this property if it was clean.

Property was in a great spot.great views. It wasn’t clean very well all the glass looked dirty l had to clean most of the dishes we used and the coffee machine had old pods in it. Also had to clean the balcony the floor dirty. I also feel that the beds should be made up. Some of the mattress protectors were stained. The tea towel to new couldn’t dry dishes well. Should provide more dishwasher powder and detergent and soap. We have stayed at many places and this one wasn’t good at all, for the price you pay. Very disappointed. Thank you Regards Mrs Lam

Amazing view

Amazing water views from every room. Large spa bath was lovely. plenty of birds to watch and listen to, over all we had a relaxing stay.

Amazing

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's a short stroll through the bush to the beach. Everything you need is there. The beds were comfy, the spa was fantastic and the neighbours friendly. The location is close to everything. Kookaburras like to pay a visit. And because the beach is so close, at night you can hear the water lapping. It makes for a very peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.
