Fantastic spot

Lovely place to stay and look out over the lake. Kids enjoyed being able to play in the reserve. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom availability for the large group we had.

We booked this property during winter as a group of 10 friends. The house was warm, even the outside bedroom. It was homely and comfortable.

Great spot

Great spot for a family getaway with a few added extras. Only thing would be with a large house and 8 adults the one recycling bin and rubbish bag was not enough.

Great getaway

Not particularly modern but very comfortable and easy to relax in. The 2 queen beds downstairs were great . We cooked and found there were plenty of platters, ramekins, bowls for our use. Beautifully positioned with fab views. Walk or bike path far enough away for relative privacy but close enough to encourage us to use it. A great place for the whole family.

Easter

The position amazing. The house is an older home and great as a holiday Batch. The outside bedroom was stuffy and smelt as though it had been locked up for quite some time. The house and contents are showing wear. However we enjoyed the stay and the great position the home is in.

Review of stay

Lovely location & view . Unfortunately the fridge & oven needed a good clean . My husband wanting to bake a birthday cake & after only ten minutes in the oven it was burnt to a crisp. Settings need checking. The main bathroom is quite old & needs a spruce up . Overall a nice stay for 10 people, but the inside of the house is looking a bit tired.

Excellent bach so close to town

We just love this bach, such an amazing location. Excellent for biking, walking and enjoying the lake which is a stones throw from the front deck. We were however, dissapointed with how clean the house was on arrival.

Good location - right on the waterfront.

Good location - right on the waterfront. newly renovated to a high standard. Shame that the pots and pans are very old (not even suitable for camping). why not providing a non -stick pan? (it is only $15 in the warehouse), and a slightly better cookery?

Beautiful spot and beautiful house, would love to come back.

Beautiful spot and beautiful house, would love to come back. However the carpet in two bedrooms are very stained and unsightly and need a good clean which I'm sure is an easy enough job. Also the decking out to the lake is in need of repair, I tripped over a couple of times. No DVD or telephone despite listing saying it has.
