The room was very clean and well stocked with all items that were needed. The facilities are well taken care of and beautiful. It is located on the south side and easy access to tons of beaches, restaurants, venues by walking.

Great location - amazing views of mountains, palms, and ocean from our room. Super comfy bed and stocked with all the basics you'll need. Easy parking and friendly on-site manager. Excellent place to use as a home base for seeing all the island sights!

Roosters in the morning and neighbors on the lanai were the only intrusion. Walk to Baby Beach when you wake and relax until the babies arrive.

The park and ocean views from the balcony are great. The unit has some foibles that go along with older buildings, but was clean with ample space for two people. The interior garden around the pool is stunning. We were very appreciative of the beach chairs and mini cooler that were provided.

One of my favorite places to stay on Kauai
Very comfy bed, super easy check-in and check out. The Prince Kuhio is in a fantastic location with mountain and ocean views.

Excellent location, nice ocean view. The mini split AC worked well. The grounds are well maintained. We loved all the orchids! The unit could use a little updating. A dishwasher & garbage disposal would be good. The shower has no light or fan. Suggest adding or using a transparent shower curtain to allow more light in.

A week in paradise
The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip to Kauai. The view of the ocean from the two lanais was an added bonus. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Central to everything on the south coast. The unit was as described, quite comfortable and a great place to spend a week.

Great Stay
Awesome views from patio, clean, quiet. Portable ac unit kept us comfortable. Needs new sturdy beach umbrella and sink strainer…minor.

Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at this VRBO. The location could not be better. We loved wakong up to the sunrise every morning. The beach chairs and cooler came in cluch. The parking was easy and the communication from the comdo staff was much appreciated.
