I had a great time staying here. The place is in a great location with nice amenities. The host was resourceful and friendly too. I would stay again.

We loved our stay in this condo. Very nice view of the ocean and palm trees from the patio. This condo was very nice, clean and as advertised. Jeremy was a great host and very quick to resolve a couple of minor issues during our stay. This is a great location as it's only about a five minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at your condo. It had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the patio and being able to see the ocean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. It was so nice being close to boy poopy being able to walk down to the beach. I would love to stay again.

Great location, walkable to Poipu beach and the condo was equipped with everything needed for a beach day including a very handy wagon to walk it all there!

The location was great and the walk to the beach was short and beautiful. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and body boards. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out to the lawn area, the pool, and the beach directly from our sliding glass door. Just one note, there is no central air, but that seems common in the area. There was, however, an air conditioner in the main bedroom which was grately appreciated.

Loved the location - easy walk to 3 beaches. Large living area and full kitchen made it a huge upgrade over a hotel room. Nice lanai as well.

Great apartment - actually even much better and more spacious than expected! Poipu is just a few steps away, the condo is also perfectly located within short distance of the pool, nice garden to play & BBQ and the view of the ocean (& stars at night!) is great, also much better than expected!I would also like to hightlight terrific management of the property by destination kauai, by the whole team, but also specifically Jeremy. They were extremely accomodating of any request that came up - which made the difference between great experience and well, ok. This management was especially helpful as we experienced the hurricane Lowell when staying at the property. We stayed at several properties across Hawaiian islands - destination kauai/Jeremy were by far the best not only friendly but also really helpful.Check-in & check-out times are a bit on the lower ends, but with the management it worked out fine during our travelling. Thus, I can highly recommend this property!

Great stay

The condo was nicer than we expected. Great location with beaches near by, food and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would come back.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, and the A/C in the bedroom worked great! The host was also very thoughtful and dropped off extra bath towels, which we really appreciated.A couple of things concerned us, though. When we arrived, the sliding screen door was off its track, although my husband was able to fix it. More importantly, the window and screen next to the front door are not secure. The window can easily be opened, allowing someone to reach in and unlock the front door from the inside.We felt the area itself was safe, but because of these security issues, we were a little more cautious during our stay. Hopefully, the host can address these items for future guests.

Fantastic place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped for foodies like us to prepare great dishes. The lanai was very relaxing and we loved the trees, plants and birds. Gardens beautiful and handy to have the bbq so close. Nice view of the ocean in the distance. We found it more comfortable to sleep with the nice breeze coming in and without the aircon as the unit is noisy but good to have it if the weather gets very hot. Bed was excellent. Lounge spot on. Luxurious amount of space for two people. Renters must be able to handle the stairs down from the front door. A little awkward with luggage but fine if you are fit. Parking very convenient. Great stay - thank you.

Perfect for Two

Clean and free from bugs which is rare in Kauai. Checkin easy with helpful staff. Excellent location with quick access to beaches.

Great place to stay in Poipu!

This place looks exactly like what is in the pictures. You have an nice view of the ocean from the patio. It is only a short 5 minute walk to Poipu beach down the paths at the resort. The place and all facilities are well maintained. The management company is very responsive during the whole reservation process plus when we checked in for anything we needed. We found the layout of this place and location made for a very comfortable and easy stay. We loved the immediate area.

The condo is spacious and gorgeous! Walking distance to the beaches. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen area. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, common cookware, food storage containers. They even provided common beach stuff like coolers, cart, umbrella, and a float! The only thing to watch out for is that the AC is a standalone unit in the bedroom which gets quite loud. The bedroom gets quite hot when we visited so we had to keep it on at night and was having trouble sleeping without earplugs. So pack earplugs.

Everything was perfect

This condo is clean and spacious. We found all the comforts of home here. The Athletic Club is a terrific bonus. The beach is so close that we could come and go as we desired. We will stay here again.
