We loved our stay- the location was excellent, the condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the grounds were lush and tropical! Being able to walk to the small beach across the street for sunset or 5 min down the road to baby beach for a beach day was perfect. The two bathrooms were really convenient, the ac in the bedroom kept the room very comfortable, and basically everything you need for a beach day was provided. After our first night, we slept with earplugs or headphones on our nightstand for when the roosters inevitably started crowing early in the morning, but we didn’t mind this at all and got more used to it the longer our stay went on! The Prince Kuhio memorial park right next to the building also provided some interesting historical and cultural background information. We would definitely recommend and would return here!

Perfect location

Very spacious condo, the welcome treats were so nice! Very walkable location with a beautiful view! We got used to the roosters/chickens.

Lovely ocean view retreat

We had an amazing stay here at Prince Kuhio and we will definitely be back. The location is amazing, the beaches near by are great for sunset viewing. And the place itself was clean, accommodating and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Stunning location!

Great location, close to all places we wanted to visit! Beautiful sunrise right off our lanai and sunsets just across the road at the beach. We loved sitting out on the lanai. Condo had everything we needed (except air conditioning but we managed).

Good condo

Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. So nice that they left us coffee, a snack and laundry detergent.

Well appointed & Great location

2nd stay in facility for location. Noisier than I recall due to neighbors when windows open for tradewind comfort. Great updated unit with well appointed kitchen for longer stay.

TEN stars - beautiful landscaping, excellent friendly communication w Kauai Management, pretty pool, clean grill. INCREDIBLE condos! Views, decor, W/D in condo, great very current kitchen and well-equipped for cooking. Amazing views from two balconies inc the ocean, and countryside. Garage parking! Best stay ever! Even w 3 flights of stairs. Wish list: potholders.

Super!

Great place to chill, watch and listen to the waves. It had all the amenities we needed. The in unit washer drier was a great perk for our toddler's chaos.

The perfect stay for family

We had the best family vacation and stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Having a bedroom, kitchen and 1.5 baths made the stay so nice for our family of four. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was quiet and enjoyable. The property is very well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The condo is close to beaches and restaurants. Rip Tide Shaved ice was a daily favorite! We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

Best location! Loved having the extra half bath, bed was so comfortable and grounds were beautiful. So easy to get to from airport, and easy drive to Waimea Canyon. Just had to get used to the roosters very early in the morning. Would come back again

great views

no AC, but I did not need it or want it. The views are spectacular (mountains and ocean), the price is reasonable, the place is very comfortable and spacious, and the complex's landscaping is spectacular. So close to lawaii beach which is some of the best most consistent snorkeling on the island in my opinion.

Perfect Location. Perfect Accommodations!

Thank you for providing such a great location for our family. The condo was exactly as advertised. The place was spacious, clean and offered wonderful views of the ocean. We've been to Prince Kuhio before and it never disappoints. This trip was no different. It is the perfect, central location to enjoy all of Kauai. If we must say so, this location also offers the best sunset views in the island...bar none! Thank you; we will be back!

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, exactly as described and had a great location. We could walk across the street to watch the surfers and sunset. Lawai Beach, where we enjoyed snorkeling is right across the street as well. There are beautiful green parakeets that fly in at sunset and fly out at dawn. As well as roosters and chickens all over. We really enjoyed them but, they do make a lot of noise and will wake you up early. If you want to sleep in, bring earplugs.

Perfect location, Beautiful property & Cozy condo

Check-in was simple. The property owner was very friendly, and there was plenty of off-street parking in a private parking garage. The condo's location was perfect for us. The property itself was beautiful and well-landscaped. There was a lovely gated pool area that never seemed to be overly busy, and the private barbecue area was a nice added touch. The condo was perfect, nicely updated, and well-maintained. It was very well stocked with kitchenware and other daily essentials we would need for a beach vacation. There were beautiful views of the ocean from both terraces. We hope to stay again at this same location in the future.
