Veuillez noter que cette villa n'est pas desservie et qu'elle dispose d'équipements de cuisine très limités, notamment d'un four micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et d'un barbecue Webber Baby Q. S'il vous plaît noter que ceci est une unité conjointe et accéder à celui-ci disponible uniquement sur le côté gauche. Draps et serviettes fournis BYO serviettes de plage, désolé pas d'animaux ou de fumer à l'intérieur. Laundromat est disponible dans le principal quartier commerçant.

No worried and comfortable bed

Comfortable and well located to see everything Exmouth had to offer. The bed was really confy for myself and teenage daughter. We didn’t use the bbq or guest supplies apart from a cup of coffee but everything was there if we wanted to. Will stay again.

Close to the heart of Exmouth

The cabin was great, comfortable and very clean. The grounds were a pleasure to look at and very well kept. The location is very convenient and close to town. Good car parking spaces; we were able to park our car and trailer. Will definitely visit again 🤗

Simple, Comfortable, convenient, clean, well equip

Simple, comfortable, clean, convenient, well equipped, well located across from the Pot Shot Inn, which is a pick up point for whale shark snorkeling trips, very close to the shopping center. What more could you want!

Great location to town. Overall complex good but apartment less than satisfactory. Broken blinds; dirty bbq; no washing machine facilities at the complex.

Owner cancelled our booking

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not get to stay in this place as the owner cancelled our booking 2 weeks before we arrived, during a peak period where we were also told “sorry we have nothing else for you”. We booked this place 3 months in advance, and had family staying at the same place - their booking was also messed up, they arrived in Exmouth with a 7 year old and a baby after 8 hours of driving to be told sorry we double booked you, someone else is already staying in the place you booked. They ended up getting to stay at their unit on their last night and we visited them, village does seem nice. Would loved to have stayed here

Poor response from Exmouth Holidays

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed for three nights at the Osprey Village. The accommodation was clean and amenities as advertised. HOWEVER we were cold at night when sleeping (or trying to sleep!). We called Exmouth Holidays and asked for an extra blanket as we only had one blanket and a cotton cover which was insufficient. We were advised that the property only came with that and suggested we put the airconditioning on at 26C for the night. Absolutely ridiculous that Exmouth Holidays (which has a logo stating "premium holiday homes") were unable to supply a blanket. Given we stayed in early June I would NOT RECOMMEND a stay in the cooler months.
