The Atlantic isn't a backdrop here - it's the whole experience. From the moment you step onto the balcony, the ocean stretches out in front of you, waves moving in steady rhythm below while the salt air drifts through open windows. Two private balconies sit directly above the sand, and the coastline stays visible from nearly every corner of the condo. Sorry, no pets.

Living space
The open living and dining area is oriented toward the water, with large windows keeping the ocean in view from morning through evening. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating make the space comfortable across all seasons, and wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV with cable handle everything from quiet evenings in to remote work days with a view.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private oceanfront balcony - a hard combination to beat first thing in the morning. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and its own private balcony overlooking the beach, giving guests at both ends of the condo their own stretch of that view. Towels, bed linens, hangers, a washer, dryer, and iron are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table sits just steps from the windows, so meals come with the coastline as the default setting.

Outdoor living
Both balconies hang directly above the sand - built for slow mornings with coffee and long evenings watching the light shift over the Atlantic. A community pool is also available when you want to make a day of it outdoors.

Location
Set directly on the shoreline in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo places you at the edge of the Atlantic with easy access to everything the area offers. A private entrance, free parking, and a garage for two vehicles make arrivals and departures straightforward from start to finish.

Amenities & essentials
The bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, and all standard essentials. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site. Please note: no carbon monoxide alarm is installed - the host has indicated one is not required for this property.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
