New Modern Beach Cottage perfect for your family vacation and home away from home. It's just a short walk from private beach access reserved for Sunnyside residents with two local restaurants and grocery stores on the quiet West End of Panama City, just 5 miles to Pier Park or Rosemary Beach for plenty of dining and shopping options. Enjoy the large, beautiful private pool in the backyard complete with splash area for small children for a refreshing afternoon. Open concept kitchen, dining, living room creates wonderful family/friends time for cooking, dining, playing games, movie watching or simply hanging out! Must be 25 to secure reservation.

Beautiful home, very well maintained, and super clean! We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Carleen was super quick to communicate back when I had questions. My family and I loved this house so much, will definitely be returning back.

Perfect!

This is the perfect place to stay. The house is lovely and had everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were comfy. The favorite was the pool and outdoor tv. The kids loved it as well as the adults. The host is the best! Thank you for our great family vacation!

House is GORGEOUS! Everything is very tasteful. Plenty of open living space for the whole family. The pool is a definite plus and was loved by the whole family. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Stay

The house was great. Well maintained and clean. The pool is large and my kids had a great time swimming in it. It is a pretty good walk to the beach, so I definitely recommend a wagon. My children use their scooter to get to and from the beach, which was a great way to keep them from getting too tired. Carlene was very accessible and quick to respond to questions.

Perfect beach vacation spot!!

This cottage was amazing in every way! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and the pool was an absolute hit!! It is situated in a great location with a short walk to the beach and very little traffic. Being able to have our fur baby with us was icing on the cake!!! Carleen was very kind and very responsive. I would highly recommend this beautiful place!!

A great family vacation location

This house was fantastic! Exactly as advertised in the description and by the photos. The layout, condition, and decor were superb. Carleen was extremely gracious and very quick with responses. Our favorite part, was the backyard with the in ground pool, covered patio, and outdoor TV and fans. The couch in the living room was extremely comfortable, contrary to a previous review. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room was a perfect setup too. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the place…other than I wish we have booked for 2 weeks instead.

Excellent stay!

Our family enjoyed this house from the moment we landed! The pool was a great reprieve from those days of too much intense sun from the beach. The living room area was so perfect for a family of 5. The beds were all comfy and the prefect layout! Lots of fun was had and would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your home!

This house made for the best vacation we’ve ever had at the beach. The house layout was perfect; the swimming pool was exactly what we needed for our family; and the location was far enough away from the crazy traffic but close enough that we could get to the restaurants and attractions that we wanted. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Modern Beach w/the Comforts of Home

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation within walking distance to the beach that still has quick access to more touristy activities, you can have it all! This immaculately maintained property was the perfect stay for our family, and the host was amazing to communicate with. We couldn’t recommend it more!

I'm a California Girl who went on an adventure and never went home and landed in Nashville where I will forever remain. I embraced the Southern life and raised my children to say "Yes Ma'am and Yes Sir." My husband and I have a beautiful, blended family with six children and four grandchildren. We live on a farm north of Nashville where my husband manages our farming operation and I work as a Senior Partner of a Marketing Firm. My love for the beach is why we purchased our home from our good friends and fellow Nashvillians. We have several couples from Nashville who live in the neighborhood part-time, so we have a piece of home every time we come to hang out. We plan to spend time in PCB with our family and friends, but we want others to enjoy this beautiful home we fell in love with the very first time we set eyes on it.

This quaint, precious property makes you feel at home the minute you step foot into the house. Though it's modern and chic, it's just a place you feel you can cuddle and snuggle on the couch, hang out in the backyard, or take a short walk to the beach. It's close to everything, but far enough that you don't have to deal with the crowds and the noise if you don't want to. It's a laid-back neighborhood where people call home, so acting neighborly is a must. We have added a heater to the pool for those times of the year when the weather is nice but the water temps are too cool. Pool heating is additional.
