Deeply disappointed.

We arrived to the property on 4/10/2025 it took a little searching to locate however once we found the unit that is actually located behind the townhomes in an ally way. We had to figure out getting in the unit which we did with the help of the kind agent. I would suggest a better smart lock because it did not power as a smart lock. Next was the first surprise: the unit is much smaller than what is shown in the pictures and only enough room for 2 people. There is one bed and there is an air mattress, however, the air mattress would take up the entire living room and others would have to step over one another to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. Not good if you book for 4 people. Next surprise is the listing states there is a pool and access to a common pool. I reached out to the agent to as where is the pool and was given an address in Tybe Island that is 30 minutes away! Well that was jaw dropping as we expected the pool to be located on the property of one of the nearby properties. Parking was a challenge as there is not on street parking however there is a garage attached to the unit whereas we had no access. The good things are: The property was clean, and easy access to River street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, communication with the managers was excellent. They checked on us immediately following our check in process. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and experience.

Exactly as listed

We had a wonderful trip to Savannah! This rental is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. It's very clean and modern and was perfect for my husband and I for the long weekend. It was centrally located so we could easily walk around town. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us regularly. The area surrounding the rental felt very safe. Parking was one street over and we easily found a spot. We loved our time here!

Second time staying here

We go to Savannah about 3 times per year. We stayed here last year and were excited to see it was available for our most recent trip. We love the property and the location. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Overall, we found this a great place to stay. It wasn’t too hard to find nearby parking, and we were in close enough walking distance to almost everything! The unit was very clean and the decor was super cute! Communication with property management was reliable. Our only complaint would be the bed. It was very stiff and very noisy. We did a ton of walking during our trip and it would have been amazing to have more restful sleep.

Weird Experience

Very hard to find the unit, bed was uncomfortable. Area made me feel unsafe, especially at night with the poorly lit back alley.

This is a great place to stay. Clean with southern charm finishes. Location was good. Able to walk to many of the historic sites.

Cute cottage!

Everything was really clean and nice! The rental looks exactly the same as the pictures. It took a minute to find the entrance but once we figured it out everything was perfect. We were able to park our car in the recommend area for free (there is no street parking). Once we parked we were able to leave our car and walk everywhere that we wanted to go for the weekend.

This is a great little place. Very clean and updated. The property staff keep in touch and are very polite and respond quickly. Very nicely located in Savannah. Walked to all places.

Very clean place, but……..

First off let me say the place was very clean, and was in a great location. But…… finding the lock box and gate was challenging to say the least. Poor address marking, the lock box had a different number written on it. After we figured out how to gain entry we were greeted by a very clean very well presented apartment. Now let me say, they have all the listed amenities in the apartment however, there wasn’t anything extra left from previous rentals (I’ve used VRBO in the past and we’ve always had things like coffees and small things like that left behind. This place has nothing left behind, oh well not a big deal). The thing that was off putting was there was NO PRIVACY! Every window had a neighboring window closely facing it. We had to keep all the blinds drawn while we were there, I felt like I was in a closet, no sun. Would have been nice to have a blind or two open, but it felt like we were in a fishbowl. Now the bed…. That was a loosely worded term, more like a sheet covered broken down pallet. I was expecting at least a queen size, no, full size at best. Suitable for one person, definitely not two. It’s in dire need of an upgrade. It wasn’t all bad, the location was great. The neighborhood was nice, close restaurants to dine in. Overall I’d say try to find another rental in this neighborhood, just not this rental.

Perfect Anniversary Place

This was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary trip. Within walking distance to everything in the downtown historical district. It was CLEAN and had everything we needed for our stay. We had to contact the owners for a internet issue and they responded quickly. We will definitely be back.

Great Location, Functional Space

Location is excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. Space is comfortable for two people. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. We arrived late at night due to late flight and instructions for self-entry were very clear, no issues there. Management checked in with us on the first day to see if there were any issues to address, which was appreciated. We didn't really use the kitchen or washing machine but nice to have available. Only complaint is that the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable.
