Our very popular and elegant villa is probably in the best location on the Costa Canyamel with a particularly spectacular view over the entire bay to the neighboring island of Menorca.
Entrance hall with gallery and access to the ground floor, there is a tasteful living room with sofa, fireplace, dining area, HD satellite panorama TV, music system for I-Pod, internet radio, DVD, free wifi. From the salon you have access to all the terraces. Our American kitchen offers the latest comfort with large fridge , Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, high-quality cookware, glasses, plates, cutlery for up to 12 people. A large bedroom (approx. 20 m2) with bathroom en suite, satellite TV and access to the terrace, guest toilet. The staircase leads to the upper 2 bedrooms. Both are generously equipped with tasteful bed linen and a balcony with sea view and bathroom en suite. The spacious terrace of approx. 180 sqm (pool with counter current system approx. 35 sqm) is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, several shaded seating areas and a large grill terrace, all with appropriate awnings. The sea view to the east gives an indescribably beautiful panoramic view of the wonderful blue Mediterranean.
The chalet is fully air-conditioned, has central heating for cool spring-autumn days and a fireplace. A private parking space for 1 car is available.

Our approx. 600 m2 subtrotic garden, spread over several terraces, is a real delight for every garden lover,
probably the only "botanical" garden on the Costa.

Golf: 4 golf courses are in the immediate vicinity. Golf Capdepera Roca Viva, Golf Canyamel, Golf Sa Pula, Golf Costa de los Pinos. A further 5 golf courses are within 40 km.

The special feature of this holiday chalet is the dream location and the beautiful garden, which is only a stone's throw away from our 2nd Villa Voltor. Ideal for larger families (up to 13 people) who want to spend a nice and carefree holiday together, but still separately.

Flat-rate cleaning fee of € 125 is payable locally.
