Amazing place!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Location was great, seemed like everything was only 10 minutes away or less. The house had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in Hot Springs!

Great location! Would rent again!

From check in to check out, everything was perfectly easy and explained. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean, in a quiet location, but still near to good restaurants and activities. Never had such a smooth, easy experience in the whole rental process. Great communication!

One week at Cody’s condo

Beautiful renovation of this property. Well equipped kitchen with lots of items to make cooking easy. No negatives to report. My knees had trouble with the stairs, but my age shouldn’t let it discourage you from having a good time.

Great location and views of the lake. The condo was nice but the property had construction going on and the amenities were pretty limited. The property management did not provide very good instructions upon arriving and there were no basics supplies provided as described in the property description.

Hot Springs

Our condos were immaculate and the furnishings are beautiful. Sadly, my one year old granddaughter stepped on a raised nail on the deck and gave us scare. My son had to go out and purchase a hammer and hammered at least 60 nails down between the two condos we rented. Despite the nail issue would definitely rent again. However, please make sure everyone wears shoes if they step out in the deck.

It was awesome. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Very kid friendly, quite and very clean and nice. We will diffidently be back to stay in this condo. We are trying to plan a trip for the fall to come back to stay in this condo. My daughters enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go down the lake. The only thing that I would recommend is that you wear shoes on the balcony. The balcony was nice, but there was a few nails that need to be nailed back down, but that is the only thing I seen that needed to be down. If you are planning a week vacation or just a few days I would highly recommend this condo. It was very far from shopping or eating places!! The guy that owned it was right on top messaging you back when you had questions!!

I was extremely well pleased with the accomadations. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our host was very prompt with responding to our questions. The unit was wellstocked and the view of the lake was nice. The unit was conventienly located to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs and restaurants. I would definitely stay in the unit again..
