Summer Trip

Our stay was great. The accommodations of the condo were perfect. The patio was fantastic and having some of the beach supplies readily available was a bonus. We were a bit disappointed that the pool to the complex was not the pool seen in the pictures but we spent most of our time at the beach anyways so all was good. I would also encourage you to read the handy dandy condo notebook thoroughly. We somehow missed the piece about the trash chute and had quite the adventure looking for it…lol. The parking was a bit challenging due to how tight the spot is and it aligning right against the wall. We had an minivan which didn’t help. But we also recognized that could be the case with these types of places. Shouldn’t be much of an issue if you have a smaller vehicle. We would absolutely come back!

Great location, some issues with the condo setup.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults, 2 kids 4 and 7. The weather was very hot and the bedrooms offer a ceiling fan in only the in the rear primary. Our guests complained that the temperature in the bedrooms at night were a little uncomfortable and ceiling fans would have been a welcome relief. The furniture is a little uncomfortable for us seniors and have obviously been there a long time. Would we go back to the same place, probably not but if your expectations are not high, give it a try.

Disappointed

It was very difficult to find the lockbox upon arrival, since they have so many and not in any particular order. We did arrive in the evening and the small amount of lighting in the parking garage did not help. The back elevator did not work most of the time. It was a luck of the draw. Didn't mind using stairs or front elevator but little inconvenient when you have groceries or luggage. The pool was only heated 3 out of the 7 days. Wrote to Rebecca (Property Contact) regarding this and was told it would be fixed right away. It never was. Then never received any follow up when asking for an update. Grills did not work. Did inform Rebecca about this also and was told it was the wind. Which was seemed odd since the grills worked just fine at building next door and had more exposure to the wind. Other guests also tried to use them, and had also been unsuccessful. The condo itself was perfect regarding amenities and spacious. View was perfect and liked the location. Close to parks and not too far from restaurants and shops. The pool was our biggest complaint since the days had been cooler and we booked this condo for the heated pool.

The condo was excellent. Love the area. Only issue: Guests should definitely be allowed more than 1 key to enter the pool gate that leads to beach. Major inconvenience.

Great condo

Great spacious and clean condo. Property management was great and check in was easy. Access to condo was great - second floor, close to elevator, no stairs. Corner balcony with view of beach. Would stay again!

Enjoyed the views & location. Condo needs a thorough deep clean, including windows & deck. Kitchen cabinets way too crowded, no place for guest food. Needs safety bars in showers & tub.

Nice location but ready for a deep clean

Went well except bed in master too high for senior with limited mobility, so he had to sleep in third bedroom, where it gets hot and there is no screen on window. Would have been nice to be able to open windows overnight, but no screens is a problem. Appreciated the safety bars in bathrooms! Balcony in need of major clean. Couches in family room hard for all ages to get out of/up from. Too many dining room chairs around table - maybe should place a few up in entry to have available for larger groups, but make easier for only 4-5 to use table area. Fan in master bedroom too loud to use overnight when needed. Cabinets in kitchen overcrowded, no place for renters to put food supplies.

To be repeated

The condo could not have been more perfect. We loved the looks, the layout, the very well stocked kitchen and the super fantastic view. We were a group of 6: grand parents, parents and children. There were beach toys for the kids and also games to play inside. On cold days it was really nice to have a heated pool. This property was much more than we expected.

Great location lots of space

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was white sand and easy to walk right out. Beautiful patio and plenty of room in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was super refreshing. On site parking and laundry room was great. We loved it and would stay here again.

LOCATION A+

For location, beach accessibility this is an A+ place. Upon arrival -- Parking was a struggle with a large vehicle in assigned spot, best way would be to enter the parking garage on the right side and then turn in from that side. Navigating between a pole, parked cars and a wall coming from the left side was extremely difficult. Make sure you have the check in packet on hand to obtain the keys as you will need them before you can access any amenities, also make sure one person always has a free hand. Cleanliness upon arrival was to my opinion un-satisfactory, you sadly could not walk on the floors barefoot without getting gritty black feet 😞 I am not sure if the cleaning company was rushed etc but it was not comforting having to clean your rental upon arrival especially having 2 little babies. Toiletries were also minimal - having 6+ people they were gone within 1day. (Perk Publix was 8min away). Sleeping arrangements were very nice. Plenty of room, however the master bedroom bed was loud and woke us up many times throughout the night due to someone moving so you literally had to sit, turn then lay down for minimal noise. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈 There was not any accommodations for littles, most places have pack and plays in closets available for use being marked as family friendly but this was not the case. This would be a huge perk for families if included! Customer Service was tough I had to call the line multiple times and waited up to an hour for a returned call or email. The pool was very enjoyable, sadly was closed 2 days during our stay and we had access to the pool next door but chose not to because there was minimal direction to get to it... Beach toys oplenty! Beach towels were minimal sadly so we did have to wash and dry regularly, but having the washer and dryer was amazing! Overall this place was beautiful and the balcony was a great perk! I just wish that for the money that you pay and invest for vacations that it was much cleaner and customer service was alot more accessible for us as far as location-- you can't get much better!

The condo is great. Plenty of room. Beach is awesome. The wifi was terrible. The balcony door was broken and was unable to lock. We did reach out and they would fix issue however not until we had left. Otherwise wonderful place to stay.
