Located in gated Puerto Bahía community, this ocean-facing, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is perfect for two to four people looking for a quiet vacation close to everything, including the ocean and a pool. Ensenada’s Marina Beach is a one-minute walk from the property gate. For privacy (and a little less sun) there is the in-ground, 12-foot pool on the fully covered, private patio. The Puerto Bahía community pool is also just across the street.

A fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, dining area make it as if you are on a vacation at home! Each unit has a driveway for private parking and a gated, secure backyard. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Within walking distance are multiple restaurants, Marina Beach, Taino Divers, and fishing charters. Town center is a two-minute drive, surfing beaches and the El Farro Lighthouse are a three-minute drive. Nothing is too far!

House was perfect. Had everything we needed. It is a minute walk to an awesome beach which is one of the calmer ones in the area. Some great restaurants and bars are close by. Rincon is a great safe town.

Perfect location

My family and I stayed here house was perfect as listed. Back patio overlooked ocean and beach. Restaurants and beach with in walking distance. Can’t wait to come back

Great location and space

Host was really fast at responding and very nice. The bedrooms were nice size and bathrooms were clean. Location can't be beat - really wonderful place!

Great place!

The house was clean and well maintained. The location was in close proximity both to the beach and town. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. We had a great time here and highly recommend!

Rincon vacation

The property was great and location was great . The only problem was that some mornings it was very noisy with garbage trucks etc taking care on the businesses that are very close by

Great place, great location

Went for a short 4-5 day trip. The place was spacious, clean and the location is very convenient. Communications with the owner were simple, timely and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay there again.

Great spot

We've been going to Rincon and stayed at several different places. This was by far the most convenient to town, restaurants, and the beach. The beach by the marina is one of the best spots for swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. The house was comfortable and relaxing. The covered patio is nice for a break from the sun. Joy was friendly and easy to work with.

Rincon Townhouse

We loved our stay at this house. The beds were comfy. It was hot out and the A/C worked well. It was walking distance to several bars, restaurants and a wonderful ice cream shop. We walked to the nearby beach. We enjoyed the dipping pool at the end of the day. The power (apparently) went out once briefly but there was a Tesla battery that took over seamlessly so we didn't know until the owner told us. Would come again. We enjoyed Rincon immensely!!

Amenity rich home in a perfect location

Everything about our stay was perfect! We have stayed in Rincon five different times and this house had everything we needed and more! Black Eagle Marina is our favorite place to stay. You can walk to several bars and restaurants and it is walking distance to the best beach for swimming. The private pool in the back that overlooked the marina was so nice to come back to after the beach. The house is stocked with everything you would need, kitchen gadgets, beach supplies and towels, an outdoor grill and seating area. Johanna is an amazing host and is so responsive. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Vacation house with pool & close to beach

This property was very lovely. There was a full kitchen and The dining room and living room were very comfortable. The pool is right out back from the Dan and we loved it!! The local beach is walking distance from the house along with a few restaurants. The bedrooms are upstairs and we primarily use the master bedroom which was spacious and had a nice closet. The owner was super sweet and when she heard that a storm might come she brought the necessary items in case the power went out. That was very thoughtful. The house is in a gated community. The neighbors that we spoke to were all very nice. If you're looking for a beach getaway this place is definitely perfect. We were within driving distance from a lot of beaches and we just beach hopped to so many beaches. I do advise getting a car unless you only want to go to the local beach that's right behind the house. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again!! The description of the house does not do it justice!

Powerless in Peurto Rico

The first 3 days of our stay at Ensenada were great, the property is in good location and is well kept. Rincon and the local area are beautiful. On the fourth day, our electicity went out. The next 3 nights and days were spent without hot water, refridgerator or A/C. On the third day our water ran out. The host did provide one flashlight and a battery-powered fan (obviously not enough for 3 bedrooms). So, we asked for a refund for those days, and the host (Joy) agreed via text. We did not recieve the refund, and have not heard from her. Overall, we made the best of the vacation, and know that its not her fault that the power was out, but when things went wrong at this property, the host would not make it right!

We have a situation unique in the island at the moment Rachel was staying there it wasn’t in our hands to fix it it was the Electric Company problem wish the island was without power for 3 days .I offered my help even another place for Rachel to stay and she declined.She could make the decision to stay in a hotel and they decided to stay in our place I did call Vrbo to give that refund and they tell me I have to do it my self .Since day first she call saying that it was water coming from the sealing wish it was not true Is no way water can be dripping from the sealing and yes I was there 3 minutes after she call I will reserved my opinion of her.In a situation like this is not in the owners hands to fix it is the Electric Company so we all have to wait .I did my best to help I know is not easy but it was not in my hands at the moment to bring back electricity .It was a very unique and stressful situation for everybody.
