Looking for the perfect location for your next getaway? Look no further! Our newly remodeled penthouse is located in the heart of town, just steps away from the beautiful El Balneario beach. Known for its peaceful atmosphere, this beach is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Not only is our penthouse in the best location, but it also boasts a luxurious and modern feel. Located on the 5th floor, with two elevators in the building, this unit offers convenience and comfort. The main level features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom, and a hallway bathroom. Take a stroll up the spiral staircase to the terrace, where you`ll find another bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Our condominium offers gated access, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and front access to the road that leads directly to the beach. With the beach right across the street, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the crystal-clear water.

Worried about power outages? Our property is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort and convenience at all times. No need to stress about interruptions to your vacation!

You`ll love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach as well as the town square, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. Although a rental car is recommended, it`s not necessary in this area.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a condominium, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect, and if any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible. Please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7. We do not provide extra toiletries, so please bring your own. If you have any questions, don`t hesitate to ask!

A very good apartment!!

The place is spectacular. It is located in a very good area. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. It also has several tourist places to visit. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. My only concern is that the air conditioning did not cool properly. For the rest, everything was excellent.

Beach lovers Paradise

Spacious 3 br 3 bathroom apartment. A few hundred feet away from beautiful beaches. Everything needed to enjoy your stay was available at the apartment. Town and services were a small walk or drive away. Centrically located tp explore the northwest and southwest coastal towns.

Our 2023 Vacation

This place was everything and more! Check in was super easy. The rooms were perfect and everything you may want or need is either walking distance or 4 min drive away. The beach right across the street was perfect. Neighbors were very pleasant and overall, we will be booking again soon. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Excellent roof top

Condo exceeded our expectations. Great beach and town access. The roof top was the crowning jewel of the condo. Beds & pillows were very comfortable - especially master bedroom. Only recommendation would be add 2 more bath towels for master bath, other than that very well equipped condo.
