Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.



The brand new pickleball court is now open!



Features include:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Living area features a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.

Always good size rooms and convent to the beach. Pool and property is maintained. Stayed several times. This condo needs new sofas (that’s the only reason I marked off one start on cleanliness) but everything else was good.

Beautiful condo,well kept and clean. My only suggestion might be a few more baking pans. An example might be a couple of cookie sheets and pizza panOtherwise everything was fantastic. Had a wonderful time.

Condo was great for our family of 12 to get together! Plenty of room! Great beach view! The two pools were great! Had a great time at the beach and then the whole family enjoyed the slide into the pool! And it was located in walking distance of all the restaurants!

The condo was clean and great location. The only issue encountered was trying to get WiFi connection. The property manager at the front desk didn’t provide the information at time of check in and there was a lot of confusion. Once we received the WiFi information all went well. The pools were clean and fun for our kids. The only complaint is the fees which seemed higher than what I expected. Overall we were happy and would recommend and rent this unit again
