You can do all of this just a 3 minute walk down the road from the Moffat Beach
Moffat Beach is approximately a one hour drive north of Brisbane Airport (Domestic and International), and 20 minutes south of Sunshine Coast Domestic Airport at Maroochydore. If you do decide to use a car there are plenty of attractions to explore from this convenient location including the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with eclectic shops and waterfall rainforest walks (30 - 60 minutes), Australia Zoo (25minutes), The Ginger Factory (40 minutes), Eumundi Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays (60 minutes), Currimundi and Bulcock Street (Caloundra’s main street) Markets on Sunday mornings (5-10minutes), Moffat Beach parks, playgrounds, shops, cafes, restaurants, brewery with live music some Sundays (2 minutes away), Woolworths Currimundi (8 minutes), Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shopping World (30 and 20 minutes), Noosa National Park (70 minutes) and Underwater World (25 minutes). Please allow more travel time during peak traffic periods.

HOUSE RULES

All pets to be treated with flea prevention before arrival. 2 dog limit and to stay outside. All other pets considered and dogs inside by application.

You are your entire group must be considerate of our neighbours at all times

Please sort your rubbish - recycling bin is provided.

NO PARTIES or large gatherings - this is a beautiful house for nice, polite people and pets to enjoy. If you plan to have a loud party please go somewhere else.

If you break glasses, crockery etc please replace it with something similar or let us know and we will replace it out of your bond for you.

Bond is $200 and will be included in your quoted total price but may change.

Absolutely no smoking inside any part of the house - $200 fine applies.

Breaking the house rule may result in additional charges.

We respectfully reserve the right to correct changes and adjust the prices from time to time, and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Rules may exist at different times, that dictate the minimum number of days for a particular rate to apply, or that require arrival on a particular day of the week with weekly bookings etc. Thank you.
