Spacious and recently rebuilt with a rustic beach decor! This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is designed for quality time together while providing quiet havens to retreat to. Easy beach access across a quiet street. Beautiful ocean views from the great room’s game table, tv area and covered deck. A well equipped kitchen with a dining room that comfortably seats 12, cozy living room and screened-in porch. Ideally located at the quiet end of the island yet just a 15 min walk to the town’s amenities.

With 5 bedrooms this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 quests.

Easy beach access across a quiet street (the main road is behind the house).

Main floor - living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, a queen bedroom, the bunk room (TV with Roku), a full bathroom, and a screened-in porch with ceiling fans to beat the heat.

Second floor - great room with TV area (DVD and Roku) and an expandable game table (games and puzzles included); the covered deck with ceiling fans has bar stools and sling chairs (available May to September); a queen bedroom with private access to the shared full bathroom, a twin bedroom, a second queen bedroom, and one half bathroom.

Enclosed private outdoor shower, with hot and cold water.

A 15 minute walk to the town’s amenities including restaurants, shops, mini-golf, coffee shop, ’50s style roller skating rink, ice cream shop, arcade, deli, and the fishing pier.

Bed linens, kitchen linens, bathroom and shower towels are included. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double oven, coffee maker with permanent gold filter, large toaster, Ninja blender/food processor, hand held food processor, slow cooker, panini press and hand mixer along with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets and glassware. Assortment of spices and condiments available. The propane gas grill is located in the wind sheltered area below the house and grilling tools are in the kitchen.

This is our third stay at the seahorse corral, and it accommodates our family perfectly! We love the proximity to the beach, as well as the two places to gather for different age groups and the wonderful decks. Family Reunion

This is our 4th time staying at this house and it continues to be our favorite. Everything is perfect for multiple generations, people who like to cook, people who need solitary time, as well as opportunities for all 12 of us to be together for meals and other activities. Our family has been staying at this house now for a number of years and we will keep continuing to come back! We have a large family and there are plenty of beds to go around. There is also an upstairs flex space that is perfect for games after dinner. The hosts are always proactive to try to answer any questions before they come up. As anticipated, we had zero issues and check in/check out was a breeze. The views of the water from the top porch/deck are fabulous and the swinging chairs are a favorite hangout spot of mine :) highly recommend this property!!

Best Family Vacation!

We have vacationed at south Topsail so many times, but this was the best! The home is well appointed with several gathering places, inside and out. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of good quality cookware. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us! We will be back!

The BEST!

This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest and best beach houses we have ever stayed at. It’s so close to the public access, it’s like having an oceanfront house. The views are spectacular from the top deck and the house is perfect for our family needs.

We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The house is perfect for large families because it has a large, well equipped kitchen, seating for 12 at the dining table, and two living spaces. It is a very short walk to the beach access, lovely and private outdoor shower under the deck, and two porches that face the beach.

Family Vacation

This house perfectly met our needs and we would highly recommend it! With a load of kids, we appreciated the smart TV's, books and games, well stocked kitchenware, and the minute walk to the beach. (We also loved being at the south end of the island, as it's much quieter and less crowded.) We so enjoyed the double decks, the outside shower, and the family-oriented, peaceful feel of the property.

2nd Year at this Wonderful Beach House

This is our second year renting the Seahorse Corral and we love it! The house is perfect for a large group with two levels for different activities and the ocean views are fantastic. The area is right where our family likes to be at Topsail Beach as we have other family members with homes on the south end of the Island and it makes it easy to get together. We didn't want to leave!

This was our first time together as a whole family in years. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and we absolutely loved being steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time hunting shark teeth and enjoying the waves, but we also enjoyed getting together at the end of the night to play games in this wonderful home. I highly recommend!

If you like mellow and comfortable, this is your place.

This is one of my favorite houses in 50 years of beach stays.. Comfortable, well-appointed house in layout and furnishings. You’ll love the upper deck, especially in the evening. At quiet end of island. A 5-10 minute drive for some conveniences which leaves this house a peaceful retreat. Close to beach and ICW. Just don’t come on my week.

Our stay consisted of 9 ladies this year from our women's fellowship. These ladies do a yearly getaway ministry looking forward to the reconnect, refocus and refresh. This group is important all year it seems we focus on others. Each yearly getaway for us to do a inventory and to do a melt down.

We've owned this beach house since 2000 and have wonderful memories of spending quality time with our 3 children there throughout the years. We live in Raleigh, NC, and like to travel. Roxane is a yoga teacher and Scott is happily retired and enjoying golfing more than ever.

Why they chose this property

We love the area! This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods on the island - wide beaches and less crowded, yet just a few blocks from great restaurants, mini-put golf, roller skating rink, pickleball courts, ice cream stores, cafes and gift shops.
