¡EL NUEVO HOT TUB ESTÁ LISTO!

¿Necesita una escapada tranquila y pacífica del ajetreo y el bullicio de la gran ciudad? No busque más. Ubicada en 3 1/2 acres, esta encantadora casa de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en una tranquila carretera rural a solo minutos del hermoso centro de Wimberley. Observe la vida salvaje desde las cubiertas delantera y trasera donde los ciervos deambulan libremente. Asar malvaviscos o calentar los dedos de los pies alrededor del pozo de fuego en el patio trasero. Asa tu comida favorita en el hoyo al aire libre. La suite principal tiene una cama king size y un baño grande con bañera de jardín y ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles. Very friendly and gracious host. Property is easy to find, very centrally located for our purposes. House is well decorated, big enough for all to spread out or gather together. Beds and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Plan to return at our next opportunity.

Perfect! Great communication from the host. They had many small extras that made us feel very welcome like heating up the hot tub for us before arrival and a coffee bar. Everything was super clean!

Angela and Russell are such great hosts! This is my second stay with them and my next one is already booked. There are so many things that make this a great place to stay. The house is clean and prepped with everything we could possibly need. The fire pit and hot tub provide great opportunities to relax and visit with friends and family. It’s close to Wimberley’s shopping and dining activities. All of these make it a place anyone would love to stay but the very best thing, hands down, is the peace and quiet. Sitting on the porch listening to the birds as the sun rises or watching the sun set and the stars come out is good for my soul. Book your stay. You won’t regret it!

We were in Wimberly for my son’s wedding. There aren’t traditional hotels in this area so staying in a home is the only option. This home has everything you need. We bought groceries in order to eat breakfast and lunch there but could have easily made a full meal using the equipment provided. The front and back porches are comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was adorable and the deck over looking the wooded backyard was perfect for morning coffee. The host was quick to respond to my questions and they supplied coffee, creamer, and sugar. Great place to stay.

Overall impression of the property was very positive. It's a mobile home, but it is well kept and very clean. It has sufficient amenities and the beds were comfortable. The property is also very pretty and we enjoyed it for a girls weekend getaway. One point of contention is that the owner charged us 200 for damage to a cabinet that we did not do. She did not tell us until one week AFTER we checked out so it could have happened from anyone, but she charged us. Then she proceeded to accuse us of having more people on the property than what we noted on the reservation because "she lives down the street and saw the cars in the driveway" (her words). She was completely inaccurate and we never had the amount of cars she stated, but she was still unwilling to reverse the charges. Additionally, she never provided a quote for the (which I seriously doubt was 200). Have rented probably close to 100 short term rentals in my lifetime and NEVER had an issue like this. Besides the owner (which I'm sure she will completely absolve herself), the property was nice.

Quick trip

Perfect house without neighbors right next to you! We weren’t there much because of having lots of things scheduled Beds were very comfortable as well as the house having a warm home like feeling. We all enjoyed it and looking to go back to it soon!

Tranquil

This beautiful property gave my family a private place to reconnect and make the best of our time with each other. We were looking for some place quiet, with private space for each of us, where we could prepare great meals, and comfy spots to curl up for conversations or reading. The expansive front porch and the back deck provided this. The hot tub,which we used every day, was a bonus! Though it wasn’t in our plans to play the tourist we still appreciated the closeness of Wimberly to obtain what we needed, lots of options available there. The house was pristinely clean and comfortably decorated, felt like home away from home. Cedar Hill Cottage checked all the marks for us, high on the recommendation list for Texas hill country get away!

Hill Country Getaway

This is a great place to getaway from thr hustle and bustle of everyday life. My fiance and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tube or just sitting in the backyard listening to the animals. Each evening we were visited by 3 deer, what a treat. The house is spacious and clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Elegant girls weekend

We had such a fun time. 4 ladies for a fun girls birthday weekend away. The house was wonderful, very well appointed with everything you could need. The hot tub was wonderful and the setting was more than spectacular! We will be back for sure.

Wonderful Hill Country Getaway

Angela was a perfect host. The property and amenities were delightful and her communication was clear and concise. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the Texas Hill Country.

My husband and I moved from the Houston area to Wimberley 22 years ago to raise our children in a small town with good family values. We absolutely love it here!

I really enjoy making our guests feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed in our home. We have comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of seating to accommodate all both inside and out. To make your planning and packing as easy as possible, we provide the essentials needed in the kitchen and bathroom (i.e. soap, shampoo, blowdryer, many kitchen small appliances, etc).

We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this neighborhood because it is nice and quiet and FEELS like we are far away. However, we are only 5 minutes from downtown Wimberley so its close and convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and lots of fun places.

Jacob's Well and Blue Hole swimming area are both within minutes of our home. (Make reservations online in advance). Wimberley Valley Winery, Driftwood Vineyards and Limestone Terrace are all located in Wimberley as well as a few great tasting rooms and local breweries too.

Outside of Wimberley (but nearby) is Austin, San Antonio, Gruene and New Braunfels. Sites to see...Hamilton's Pool, Westcave Preserve, tube the Guadalupe or Comal River, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld and much more!
