Perfect Stay and Location

Great location, walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, town. Really comfortable all around with everything we needed (3 of us stayed). Liked the hot tub set up too - although shared, basically no one else using it the entire time.

Hi Tony! Thank you for your review of our Fall line #207 condo. You are correct, the location cannot be be beat! The owners have recently purchased new living room furniture and renovated the bathroom to spice up the joint! For the value, it is a great little condo for a Telluride visit. Great location!

Perfect location in Telluride. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, the gondola, river trail. Cute little condo! We had everything we needed. Front bedroom is a little warm in the summer since the window faces the public walkway, and not everyone will be comfortable leaving it open. I had to keep the blinds down so that inhibited the air flow a bit. But they had fans to use! Our car was too tall for the garage but management provided a pass for the street. Just a tad of an inconvenience to find parking but they were great to work with. I would stay here again!

Hi Kim! Thank you for the review of our Fall Line Condo. It is cost effective, cute little condo, right in the middle of it all. Parking is an issue in Telluride. But once you find your space, leave your car...You will not need it while you are here. Thanks again for the review and we hope to see you again soon.

Great location!

My friends and enjoyed our stay. The property is only a few blocks from the gondola and a block or two from the Main Street. Easy check in/out process and responsive management. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, you can walk everywhere

Condo was really nice with the exception of a rude neighbor but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at the condo

Fall Line Condo in Telluride

Condo was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, right in downtown and walking distance to gondola and restaurants.

Location, Location, Location!

Fall Line condo #207 is in the PERFECT location in downtown Telluride. It's a short walk to shops, town park, restaurants and the gondola. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our 4 night stay (could have used some extra TP on hand as we ran out). Lots of towels, extra blankets, etc. The kitchen has all of the usual cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The balcony with a view of the mountain is a nice bonus. We slept 5 comfortably, using the two beds and pull out couch. It was nice to have one on-site parking spot + a parking permit for another vehicle on the street since parking in Telluride is sooo difficult. One suggestion is for the owner to consider replacing the master bedroom mattress as it's gotten a bit springy and creaky. Overall, great condo that we plan to rent again! Thanks!!

Good Value

Conveniently located, near everything. Apartment was clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. Would definitely consider staying there again when we return to Telluride.
