Convenience! Ski In/Out & 1/2 Bock to Shops. Three Queen Beds/Two Full Baths

If you want convenience, your search is over. Not only is this a ski in / ski out unit, 1/2 block walk to Main Street Breckenridge, excellent amenities (indoor/out door pool, four hot tubs, work out room, etc...) but we have other parts of your stay taken care of. Discounts on shuttle transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA). 30% off ski rentals in the same building as this unit. Let me know what you need and I can help guide you.

This spacious unit has three queen beds and two full baths. Tastefully decorated with cleanliness in mind. High-end bedspreads to remodeled bathrooms.

I would like to share Breckenridge with you. Feel free to call for immediate assistance.

As an owner who has over 16 years of on VRBO/ Home Away, I understand how important a clean unit is but also customer service. Therefore, I have created business agreements with local vendors and offer discounts to you on a variety of items such as ski rentals, shuttle transportation to and from Denver International Airport, etc. You DO NOT need a car at this location. Feel free to ask any questions - I would like not only to answer your questions but help make this a special trip for your family.

The condo has two sleeping areas (see layout photo for condo foot print), two full baths, and is located at the 'Village At Breckenridge' base of Peak 9. This ski-in/ski-out Condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge. The location has excellent access to the Quick Silver Ski Lift as well as Breckenridge's famous Main Street filled with Shops and Restaurants.

The living area has a 39" 4K HDTV (internet available) and a 42" HDTV 1080P in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. In addition, a humidifier and a fan are included. All linens/towels, paper towels, dish soap, are furnished. A coin-operated laundry machines is on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge provides high speed wireless (WIFI) to this unit.

The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building, and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club provides endless towels for your use as well.

The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests. Parking costs for the 2017/2018 ski season is $19/night.

Ice skating/paddle boats on Maggie Pond are also just steps away. Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE SHUTTLE BUS SYSTEM that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE BUS SERVICES to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

We will be back! Very clean and had everything we needed! Perfect location if you’re looking for ski in and ski out. Less than 5 min walk to Main Street. This was our 2nd time staying in this condo.

Simply Stunning! Love it all!

It was a pleasure meeting Scott. He cares about his customers. I told him about our horrible experience at another VRBO rental property that we were staying at. Scott right away arrange us to stay at this magnificent place. He gave us a tour of the area. His instructions of everything were perfect. We plan to rent one his properties next time we are in Colorado. I thank God that Scott came to our rescue when we needed a place ASAP. Thank you Scott!!! :-)

Great place to stay for a family ski vacation

We were a family of five and had plenty of room to stretch out. Kitchen was great for daily breakfast and even a dinner. Can't beat the location. Steps from slopes and town. Owner was very helpful and quick to reply to all of our needs and questions both before and during our stay. Building hot tub, steam room and outdoor heated pool were great for relaxing after hard day skiing. Kids loved them too. Ski school for peak 9 right outside the building door could not get any closer. Also rented some kids equipment from store literally in the building, making life very easy.

A very Positive experience

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Very close to downtown so we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here.
