The condo was very clean and in a nice location overlooking the river. The host responded quickly and was very helpful with requests and inquiries. We had a comfortable stay and had the best time celebrating in Nashville.

Condo was perfectly located and met our needs. Very cute decorated and waking up and seeing the river was amazing! Kim even reached out to let us know about a concert that was going on down on Broadway which I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay her again!

Kim was a great host from the time I booked till the time we left. Always there to answer my questions. Parking was very easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and there was always something to see on the river. It was the two king beds that got my attention in the first place and we enjoyed having each bedroom separated.

Everything was great. The supplies in the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the view the whole place was awesome. we all had a great time. Communication with owner was seamless.

A wonderful place to stay while in town for two concerts. Close enough to walk if the weather cooperates and if not, a short Uber ride away.

I have lived in Nashville most of my life and purchased this condo because of the perfect downtown location. Incredible views of the river! Walk to Broadway/Honky Tonks/Stadiums. I personally love the calming movement of the Cumberland River. I love any lake or river experience. Stunning breath taking views! Coffee on the deck is a must. Take a walk on the greenway right out the front door. It goes all around downtown! GERMANTOWN..TOPGOLF/Sounds Stadium/Ryman/Bridgestone
