Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, backpack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Welcome to Paradise Found!! This newly constructed luxurious 30A beach home is located in the heart of Seacrest just minutes from the beach! The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths/2 half baths, a luxurious Chef's kitchen, private backyard oasis with a covered outdoor living space, outdoor kitchen and the most amazing pool! When you arrive for the first time you will instantly realize why the name of the home is Paradise Found!

As you enter the home, you are welcomed by a large foyer area which houses the homes elevator and stairwell. Turn to the left as you walk through the foyer and you'll notice the first of 5 bedrooms equipped with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. As you continue down the first floor hallway you will see one of two laundry rooms to your right, and then straight ahead you'll enter into a spacious second living/game room complete with a kitchenette, large dining table and plenty of seating for the whole family! You will also notice the wall of beautiful sliding glass door (s which opens up to the incredible private backyard oasis! This is where you will end up spending most of your time, while not soaking up the sun on the beautiful white sandy beaches of 30A. Enjoy a cookout under the covered patio,(has half bath) or cool off and hang out with the whole family in the large private pool!

Heading back inside and up to the second level of the home you will immediately fall in love with the beautifully appointed kitchen. It has all Thermador stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, 2 dishwashers, and even a refrigerator that will open and close itself! There is plenty of dining space for the entire family at the large farm style table and waterfall kitchen counter quartz bar. The second floor also contains the main living area for the home, half bath, an additional wet bar, spacious outdoor balcony and the second bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

As you head up to the third floor you will see a king bedroom to your right with a private bathroom and views of the gulf! The third floor is also home to a kids dream room full of built in bunks and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Last but not least, as you wander further down the third floor hallway and past the second laundry room, you will enter into a spacious, luxurious master suite. It has its own private bathroom and massive walk in shower with the most amazing views of the ocean! Also off the master is a large private balcony with endless views of 30A and the gulf of Mexico.

BEACH ACCESS:
To access the beach you head directly across 30A and down Green St to your private deeded access! This is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach!
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
