The home was STUNNING! Very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all big. An amazing location! Took us two minutes to walk to the beach access and the beach was beautiful! Also so quick and easy to walk into Aly’s Beach for lunch and coffee. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic Place + Location

We had a fantastic trip to Rosemary Beach. This house is outside of Rosemary which we found to be perfect. The private beach access was awesome and it was nice to not have to deal with the crowds at Rosemary. Very short drive to town when we wanted to check things out, but mostly we just stayed at the house since it was so great. The house was very clean and has everything we needed for our two families. The private pool was great after a day at the beach. Finally, the house is very close to Publix (the nicest one I've ever been to) which also was clutch. A+ all around and hope to return soon.

So much more than we even expected!

This stay was absolutely amazing! We had so much room to stay, the kitchen was gorgeous, the walk to the beach was quick and we even walked both directions of 30A! The backyard was lovely and the pool was refreshing! Neighborhood was nice and quiet too! Host was extremely responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back then next time we are in the area!!

Great for families

This house was perfect for our 3 families that stayed. Plenty of room to spread out and the pool was a big hit. Very comfortable beds and the place was very clean. Would love to come back!

Perfect Beach Vacation at Paradise Found 30A

Our family of 12 that included six adults and six young children stayed at Paradise Found on 30A and it was perfect! The home is beautiful with private beach access and less than two blocks from the beach. When we were not at the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful pool and pool house. Our kids did not want to leave! The house has two laundry rooms and it was so nice to pack clean clothes in our suitcases. Antoinette was so helpful during our stay and helped with any questions we had. We enjoyed the perfect beach vacation!

Wonderful Stay

House was fantastic. Great setup with pool, outdoor kitchen and seating area. Private beach located one block away from the house made it ideal to come and go as we pleased. Overall great experience.

House was nice, some issues with cleanliness: couple of comforters were dirty on the beds, there was a pool towel from the previous guests in the pool area. Cleaning fee was a bit pricey and would have expected a spotless experience. Lack of pool towels was a bit disappointing as well. Overall was a good experience.

Paradise Found

We loved the house and location. A quiet dead end street wit a short walk or golf cart ride to Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach and shops. Beautiful white sand beaches, nearby state parks, and gorgeous ocean water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! Great location for restaurants, walking and beach!! There was plenty of space and never felt cramped!! Great outdoor area with pool, grill & sitting area!! I highly recommend this place!!

Great House

We absolutely loved our time at this house. It was so comfortable. Plenty of space for 14 women and plenty of bathrooms. We had a chef come in and cook dinner once night, and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Found! The house was beautiful and spacious & in a great location. Had a few issues with the pool heating but the communication with the rental company was very prompt. The kitchen could use a few more things but was definitely big enough for our party of 12. We rented bikes & had fun taking bike rides along 30 A. We would go back!

Amazing location and amenities!

We have found our new favorite beach house on 30A! Ideal location just 2 minute walk to the beach. Private beach area was not crowded even on the week of July 4th. House was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Felt like we were at a resort. The spa bathrooms and well equipped kitchen were amazing but our favorite part of the home was the outdoor living area. Spent many hours enjoying the cabana complete with outdoor kitchen, seating area and private pool. Perfect house for our vacation!

Perfect location ! Beautiful home!

We traveled over the 4th of July with family and friends . There was a total of 11 of us . We arrived and the home was absolutely beautiful ! Very clean ….which was huge for me . The home is a great layout and was very spacious for our large group . The outdoor area was great and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor area around pool. The location was about as close as you can be without being on the beach. Litteraly at 2 min walk. It was a very private access and easy to get too. We brought our own beach buggie, but they also had one . I would recommend looking at guest book when you get there for any questions about beach etc…Small tip , bring your own toilet paper if your a toilet paper snob like me :) Another plus, grocery store is 5 min away We would 100% rent this home again! Highly recommend !

This home doesn't disappoint

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything is accurately portrayed in the pictures and in the listing. The only main issue we had was with the unreliable internet service which we had been warned about since there is apparently only one provider in the area. Other than that everything was great! I highly recommend this property!

Great House

House was very clean, and tidy. Everything in the description was exactly how the house was. The only issue I had was there were no seasonings at all. But in the book it explained why there isn't anything. Thanks!

Great Place for a Large Family

The experience was fantastic. The house is specious and cozy at the same time. Our group consisted of six adults and five children. We all loved and enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the dining and living area on the second floor. Both of those spaces allowed for a large group gather together, but also have our own space. We would definitely rent again. Our only complain was the cleanliness. The place could have been cleaned better. Especially the outside kitchen/grill area. And kitchen cooking utensils could be upgraded.

It was great. Short walk to beach but we did rent a golf cart and it was helpful to lug back beach equipment especially with small kids. Also we used a beach company for chair set up so we didn’t have to bring that. House had everything you could need. Also the pool and outdoor kitchen area was a nice place to hang after the beach. Easy checkout requirements. Also everyone loved the beds! Never has happened that way and we had 13 people!

Wonderful home for Spring Break

We had two families and a grandmother stay at this property (8 people total) for our children’s spring break. We absolutely loved the home. Beautifully maintained. Super close to private beach. We loved the whole 30A area as each town along water offered different things to do, shops to visit and restaurants to eat at. Pool area was a wonderful place to relax. Kitchen, dining table area and family room all created a wonderful open space to spend time in evenings playing games and being together. Only disappointment with house was poor Wi-Fi and having to buy so many staples on first day (spices, dish soap, dish detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels, etc). For the amount spending on a property like this, those should be in good supply (and typically are in other homes we’ve stayed in).

Paradise Found on 30A!

This home is perfect for a family getaway! We have stayed at many homes along 30A and this one is exceptional! The home is beautifully appointed; the pictures do not lie! The furnishings are gorgeous and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. The floor plan is made for multiple generations and the elevator is great for those who need assistance. The kitchen is spacious and allows for many cooks! The back yard is a dream - no need to leave this place! The lanai is perfect for socializing while the kids are swimming in the crystal clear pool. The outdoor large screen tv, kitchen, and bathroom allow you to spend the day at the pool without ever having to step into the home! There is a refrigerator, grill and a burner for a big shrimp boil! The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Five stars is not enough!

Great Pandemic Escape

We had four adults and ten kids (ages 3-17). The property was a great fit with everyone having a bed for our two families. We had plenty of room to relax ("relax" used lightly with 10 kids in the mix) w/o anyone feeling on top of each other. The pool, pool house, and living area just inside from the pool was great to be able to enjoy the space from multiple vantage points. The listing doesn't mention it, but access to the two car garage was also included, which was great to escape the FL heat for your car, or store all the bikes/beach gear. The management company was extremely responsive by phone or text to anything that was needed. Location was really nice b/c you had all the convenience of Rosemary, Alys, The Hub, etc, but those crowds weren't right on top of you. Each was a very easy bike ride away. Lastly, the proximity to the beach was great. Its a very short stroll from the house and w/o public access for quite a ways, even during peak season we didn't feel crowded at all. I highly recommend Paradise Found!

Awesome House

My husband and adult daughters along with their husbands and a baby stayed here. The house is amazing, clean and modern. The elevator wasn't working when we got there but they had someone there within an hour to fix it. There is so much room in this house. The kitchen is great as we prepared many meals there for 8 people. The room off the pool has a sink and an ice maker which makes the afternoons at the pool great. The pool was nice and warm and the covered veranda next to the pool makes for a great way to get out of the direct sun. Getting to the beach takes maybe 2 minutes. We rented umbrellas and chairs as well as 2 wagons and a baby crib and toys, Renting the baby stuff was new for us as this is our first baby on a trip like this. This made our trip way less stressful with all the things delivered. We also had our groceries delivered by Publix...Nice! I can't say enough good things about this house. Its PERFECT! We have stayed in several houses in the area and this one was the best by far! We will definitely be back.
