About this property

ALL ABOUT COASTAL STYLE...

A luxurious property by all standards located in the heart of Seacrest Beach on 30A. Right beside Rosemary Beach, Alys and Seacrest Beach all just steps to the deeded beach access. This newly renovated home comes with a large private pool (15X30-can be heated as an additional cost), and hot tub. It has all new modern finishes and all new furnishings with beautiful gulf views off the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. It is very open and spacious at over 4500 sq ft of living area. Saturday to Saturday stay. May to Mid September must be a 7 night stay. Less than 7 nights only in off season. (4 night or more)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take trash to road for pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Traveler must communicate with Host in Vrbo inbox within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so, host is subject to cancel booking.
We are will consider cancellations 30 days prior to arrival to receive 75 percent refund and 15 days prior to arrival to receive a 50 percent refund.
