Welcome to Harbor Springs! Three floors, 4 bedrooms + sofabed, 2.5 baths, full kitchen + dishwasher, washer & dryer, sliding glass doors to gorgeous wooded view on every floor (balconies on main and upper, walk-out on lower level). Exceptionally clean and sanitized. Heated outdoor pool (summer only), tennis and playground are free on site. Adjacent Viewlands Park, miles of walking & bike trails. Tidy, clever décor, thoughtfully stocked for your home away from home, coffee, towels, soaps, blow dryer, games, band-aids... so kick back and enjoy! Night on the town in Petoskey or Harbor Springs? Have a blast! I'm a personal driver, too. Just arrange rides with me by text.

Property was as described. A little dated but very comfortable. The property manager was very accommodating for our special request and we all had a great time. Getaway weekend!

Had a great stay in this condo. Excellent communication with the owner, plenty of what we needed, (towels, toilet paper ...ect). Beds and rooms were comfortable, it was a great weekend! Thank you Suzanne!

Wonderful holiday week!

This condo at Hideaway Valley was very nice and my family enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very thorough with all the instructions and information regarding our check in and departure and she answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely consider a return to this property in the future.

Cozy, comfortable condo

Suzanne made our stay super easy. The condo was perfect for our New Years visit to Harbor Springs. Just 5 minutes to Nubs and great dining.

Nice and relaxing

This condo is located off the beaten path, on a hill top, surrounded by trees. The location is close to Petoskey state park, and the tunnel of trees. We've enjoyed our time in the Harbor Springs! :-) Thanks.

Family and Friend Getaway

We had a wondeful stay at this property while we skied Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. We plan on returning next year. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. The basement shower was amazing! Very reasonably priced condo!

Standard Comfortable Condo

Suzanne, the property owner, was very proactive in her communication. The proximity of the condo to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey was very nice. The nature preserve was pretty. The pool & tennis courts were enjoyable amenities. The condo decor was dated and carpet shows a lot of wear. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. We all were comfortable and this was an enjoyable standard place to stay. I really appreciate how many blankets, pillows, and towels were available. The trees and upper balcony are also wonderful. I bet that the fireplace is cozy in the winter.

Nice condo and location

Nice Place, centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Suzanne did a nice job with communication before and during our stay. Decor of the unit is a bit dated but just an observation and did not affect our stay in any fashion. Comfortable and plenty of room for our whole family. Nice pool and athletic court on the property as well. We had a very nice vacation and a comfortable place to relax and sleep when we weren't outside enjoying all the beauty and splendor of the Northern LP. I would recommend this condo for families with children especially. It was a good place for us to enjoy some R&R together.

Family Time

Upon entering the unit my first impression was "dark and dated." The unit was clean and the kitchen had appliances that were all in working order. Air conditioning was working well, too! I would recommend labeling all of the light switches. It was a constant guessing game as to what switch matched which light. There were adequate linens for all. The deck was pleasant and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, walking around the grounds and the Pickle Ball courts. For a rental property, I would suggest not having carpet on the floor. The carpet looked old, tired and stained. Parking was fine. At one point we had 3 vehicles and it worked out well. Thank you for the specific check out directions. We very much enjoyed our family time up north!

There is so little available for rent in this area, I found it was better to have my own extended housing to accommodate visiting family and friends, then rent it to guests when we don't need it. I use the property for tennis whether I have guests or not, it's the greatest!

Harbor Springs is the crown jewel of Michigan, but Petoskey has the nightlife… this condo is right between both on a beautiful slope overlooking the bluest water you've ever seen, with a golf course as a front lawn. Restaurants and shops either way you venture. Little Traverse Wheel Way is a paved cycling/walking path nearby, and Petoskey State Park sandy beach is 5 minutes away. We're right along the snowmobile trails in winter, just 5 minutes to the ski slopes (Nubs Nob + Boyne Highlands), fireplace ready for you. Perfect!
