Our trip to Placitas was perfect. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with top of the line appliances, nothing was lacking. Our host was very responsive and gracious. The additional Casitas looked lovely and would be perfect if rented together for a larger group. We will definitely be returning to this peaceful little spot off the beaten path!

This gorgeous house is spectacularly sited so that it has views of the Sandias and the valley below. The interior design is hip and comfortable. Judy, our host, has been lovely. Thanks for everything!

Amazing Place

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The views are stunning and we saw the wild horses twice during our stay. Plenty of space to sit and relax. Will definitely highly recommend to others.

Amazing view!

My wife and I loved our stay. The view was amazing, but the property and accommodations were equally amazing. The pictures were completely accurate, even more impressive in person. Checkin process and communication was great. We wish we could have spent more time in the courtyard, but it was too windy during our stay. We would stay again.

The perfect retreat

With all of the comforts of home and then some, this property offers stunning views of the Sandias and relaxing places to sit and take it all in. It is close to great hiking, dining and shopping, but far enough away from the busyness of civilization to truly unwind. Placitas itself is charming, and offers so much in terms of natural beauty, trails for hiking and biking, plus forest and desert landscapes for wildlife sightings and birding. We settled in right away and felt completely at home for the duration of our stay.

Judy's home is outstanding! Very comfortable and amazingly decorated, both inside and out. The yard was beautiful and enticing to sit and enjoy the views. Excellent communication and help; couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

Best VRBO we've ever rented

Owner was excellent at communicating with us. Amenities were exceptional. Property is as lovely in person as the photos depict. Quiet and peaceful! We stayed in the main house for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. In the second week, friends from home joined us on vacation and stayed in the casita. A perfect set up!

Million Dollar View

If you want to stay in the lap of luxury in the Sandia Mountains, Judy’s is where you want to be. I lived here for 4 months and I will greatly miss the million dollar view, the on demand hot water, the Bose tunes and her hospitality. Thanks Judy!!!

Great views everywhere you look.

The rental property is as beautiful as the pictures and exquisitely furnished. Husband and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed it very much. I would be nervous bringing young kids or teens here though. So many beautiful and breakable items both inside and out. Lovely views and close to the things we wanted to see. The host was great and even let us check out an hour late to accommodate our late flight home.

Awesome Casita

We actually ended up staying in the Casita on the property. It was just completely redone and it is fantastic! Was way more spacious than we expected. Step outside and the views are awesome. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Really peaceful

My wife and I had a really nice time. We cooked our own food a with the wonderful facilitates and just relaxed. We are mountain bikers and were happy to see so many areas to ride. Overall a great host and place to stay. 5 Stars
