Casa Bella @AgavesCondHuatuclo is your home featuring an EXCLUSIVE Penthouse (largest in the complex) with your own Private Pool and BBQ. Relish in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee on your private terrace. Soak up the rays of the warm Mexican sun and then cool off in your private plunge pool. Fire up the BBQ with the family, or just chat with a glass of wine. At night, cuddle up for some star gazing. Our penthouse is located at the highest elevation on the property and also has the largest outdoor space in the complex (you will notice a difference).

Our home is your home and has been upgraded with the best we can find or bring from the US. The unique decor sets your vacation home apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details... Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little Netflix in your bedroom with fiber optic WIFI. Grill up some fresh fish you bought from the fishermen in your complete kitchen. Take a nap and luxuriate in the imported linens. Pack light as we provide a hair dryer, iron, and safe. We want to make our home feel like your own. This is not your average rental, as we actually live here most of the year. So it is not a "bare bones" rental. Four guests will fit comfortably with a queen bed and en-suite bath with double sink, and in the guest room the option of either 2 twins or one "king".

You are enchanted by the the other shared pool, which is well suited with a shallow area for children as well as ample lounging areas. Pick some fresh mangoes in our orchard. Our "boutique style" complex is located in a gated community and has a very private feel and is perfect for couples and families.

At night you savor the samplings of the international restaurant scene which is within walking distance. Mingle with other expats as this is the area of town where we tend to live and play. As you can walk to everything from here, there it really no need for a car but parking is available - please ask for details. A major grocery store is just a 5 minute walk as well as a movie theater and ATMs. Cabs are abundant and cheap as well.

The guest bedroom has the option of a "king" configuration (as shown in photos) or two twins. There may be construction going on in the area during your stay as Huatulco is a growing community. There is a development going up in back of our unit and does not effect our views of the ocean from our living room, our bedroom, or our pool. Developer has given us a early to mid 2024 completiion date.
