Perfect vacation condo

The condo was very well equiped for the demands in the condo as well the items to bring to the beach for an enjoyable day on the beach. There response time to replace 2 broken beach chairs was fast and courteous. This is the second time we stayed in this condo and we will be reurning.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The owner was very accommodating and the place was nice. It was great to already have beach chairs and beach things in the room (we even left a few things we got for our kids). Would stay again!

Perfect condo in a perfect location.

Very nice condo in a great location. Managers were very reponsive. I highly reccomend vacationing at this location. We booked another week while we were still on vacation.

Great Location

The unit was exactly as it was in the pictures. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The convenience of going between the pool and beach is always nice. It’s very close to Cocoa Beach and in a quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

Good apartment with excellent balconies and a view, comfortable with a very nice pool. We saw a Falcon 9 launch from our beach chairs- fantastic!

Our 3-bedroom beachfront condo was very clean, nicely appointed, and functional for our month long visit. Maintenance was very prompt in addressing any needs. We're already looking forward to our next stay!!! If anything, since the condo was designed for up to 8 guests, it could stand to have additional dishes, glassware, cups, and silverware.

Property was wonderful great location. Amenities and beach access were really nice. The floor in this unit was not cleaned so we had to get the leaning staff back out to re-clean the floor. Other then the floor issue we would Definity stay here again.

Great location!

Perfect spot for watching rocket launches from the beach or the balcony. The beds are all comfortable and it is roomy. It was great that they had enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent for the stay. Some wear and tear, the sofa and loveseat are very stained. The dining room chairs are sunk in and worn. The kitchen has very minimal No liquid measuring cup, dull knives, nothing to store leftovers

A Perfect Getaway

My family of 5 absolutely loved this property! The condo was perfect with plenty of room for us and our 3 boys. It was well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, blankets, towels, etc. We loved the pool, shuffleboard, putting green, and the proximity to the beach. Such a short, easy walk! We enjoyed having the 2 balcony's and the view was amazing! Kelsy was very attentive and wonderful at suggesting restaurants. We'd definitely stay again and are looking at when we can come back!

Property was clean and neat. Everything was as described in online listing. The only inconvenience was that there was on on elevator working and we were on the 9th floor. Other than that - no complaints at all. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Summer Vacation 2024

We loved the view with the large balcony. It was very relaxing. The condo was very spacious and clean. It fit all 7 of us comfortably. The only downside was there was only one working elevator but it was a relatively minor thing and they were working on the second one so hopefully they get that one running. This condo wasn't very crowded at all while we were there making it super nice at the beach because you could spread out. We loved the location and the area. This was our second time in Cocoa Beach and I'm sure we will be back!

Condo was update and decorated nicely rooms were very clean the manager answered questions promptly. Beautiful ocean view. The only issue was being on the top floor there were pigeons roosting on the master balcony so lots of pigeon poop which made it unpleasant. The main balcony was cleaner and less pigeons

The Perfect Place!

CT 910 was perfect! There was plenty of space for my family of 6 (all adults). Everything is as pictured- Modern update, full-functioning kitchen with plenty of cookware and storage space, comfortable beds, a walk to the beach, 2 balconies with plenty of seating and tables were wonderful and Beach/oceanfront view to see the sunrise every morning made the unit even more than what we could ask for. Stores and restaurants are within 5-10 mins drive, Jetty Park and Port Canaveral were within 10 mins. It was unfortunate that Jetty Park was closed for the first few days, and even when they reopened, the fishing pier and some areas was still closed due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ian. You needed the key for just about everything which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. There are security cameras all around the parking area, common areas and at every level. We definitely felt safe and it was quiet all day and night long. Communication with the Host was great! Kelsy reached out as my main point of contact, emailed details for the unit, provided a guide for the area to explore and helped with all my questions and needs in between. We had a key that did not function correctly and she got us a new key by the next day! Kelsy deserves so much praise and I would definitely recommend Stay in Cocoa Beach to anyone who wanting to visit!

Convenient and roomy!

Easy Checkin. Very responsive property manager. Floors weren’t clean (had just replaced parking lot) and some bedding smelly. Love bugs everywhere initially that then went away oddly. But after those things it was great! Me (mom) and 4 teenage girls. Very spacious! Easy access to beach, warm pool and sights! Kids loved it.
