Your ideal mountain getaway awaits at our ski-in/ski-out condo in the Mountainside Condos at Granby Ranch. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers beautiful valley views and a prime location for an unforgettable vacation. Sink into comfort on the queen Tempur-Pedic mattress in the master bedroom, complete with a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Both bathrooms have been tastefully updated since 2022.

Prepare delicious meals in our exceptionally well-stocked chef's kitchen, then gather around the dining table that seats six for lively family dinners or game nights. With direct access to the slopes, you can easily walk to the Kicking Horse ski lift or the QuickDraw Express lift.

Granby Ranch is renowned as a premier family ski destination, offering an array of green and blue runs ideal for learning and leisurely skiing. More advanced skiers will appreciate the blue and black runs on the west mountain. One of the best features of this charming resort is its single base area, ensuring that everyone in your party, regardless of their speed, will meet up at the same spot.

The fun doesn't stop with skiing! Embrace winter with snowmobiling, snow tubing, snowshoeing, or building snow people, then warm up by the cozy fireplace. You can also enjoy Nordic/AT skiing directly at Granby Ranch, or explore the extensive trails at Snow Mountain Ranch's full Nordic center, just a 10-minute drive away.

Year-Round Adventure Awaits: Our prime location puts you in the heart of year-round Rocky Mountain adventure. We're just 25 minutes from both Winter Park Resort and the stunning Rocky Mountain National Park, offering distinct experiences in different directions.

When the snow melts, Granby transforms into a summer paradise. Dive into mountain biking on Granby's trails, cheer on the action at rodeo nights during the Grand County Stampede, explore Lake Granby by Stand Up Paddle Board, or discover endless hiking trails suitable for all levels, from gentle walks to high-altitude climbs. A day trip to Grand Lake is always a memorable experience, with its unique charm and activities.

For more dining and activity options, you'll find us conveniently close to Fraser, Tabernash, and the beautiful Devils Thumb Ranch. Right here at the condo, you can enjoy our seasonal outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), along with tennis and pickleball courts.

You'll also appreciate our proximity to Fraser and Tabernash for dining, and Devils Thumb Ranch for additional activities. We are 15 awawy from Hot Sulphur springs, a small hot springs, not fancy but sure does the trick. On-site, take a refreshing dip in our seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) or enjoy a game on the tennis and pickleball courts.


We want all our guests to enjoy their stay in our mountain home. Please remember that Granby Ranch is a family resort, so we appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels down, especially in the late evenings. Due to the very real fire risks in our area, we kindly ask that smoking or vaping only occur in designated areas, like the parking lot. This condo is truly our second home, where we spend many weekends skiing. We're delighted to share our personal collection of gear, games, puzzles, movies, and streaming options with guests who will care for our space as if it were their own.

We have a sled and snow kits for winter for your use. BBQ and patio right outside our door for summer grilling.
