Host was great. She responded immediately to a washing machine issue. The condo itself looks tired and needs refreshing. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or dusted in a while. The photos make it look bright and new but it’s rather dingy.

Wonderful spot. Coldness very clean and updated. The host was amazing and super responsive to all communication. We were allowed early check in and didn’t even request it. Would totally stay there againWe have three big teens so they don’t all three fit in the larger bunk bed but one slept on the couch with no problems.

Great place to stay

Property and manager were great! There was a very recent ownership change, so I think the online listing needed to be altered a bit, but I’d imagine that’s been done already. Would rent again!

Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to stay. We canceled our stay after we discovered there was not available space for our personal belongings.
Largest storage space from the photos was locked for owner only.
A small shelf label "guest food storage"
Second largest storage space filled with cleaning supplies and a high chair.
Master closet had no room for hanging clothes or suitcases.

Guest was upset about everything from a loose shower head, which i told her about before her stay from previous guest would be fixed in morning. She said was going to cry bc i ruined her spring break. She outraged about the picture above where she could put her groceries. I told her to move stuff around in any of the 10 cabinets. This is the rare guest you can never make happy.

Fun times at Granby Ranch

Five of us stayed in the property and it was perfect for our purposes of skiing and relaxing. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and it seemed well stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the place was cozy and warm. Would love to go back and stay again!
