Features include memory foam queen mattress in Master, new carpet, outdoor living space furnishings, fresh artwork, a gas grill, new bedding, 40" Smart TV, and a TV in master bedroom! Welcome to our home away from home at Base Camp One - Granby Ranch!*

Come enjoy a mountain getaway at this modern updated one-bedroom, one bath condo steps away from the base of Ski Granby Ranch & the Base Mountain Lodge or only a short 20 minute drive to Winter Park. Mountain Lodge includes 3 dining options, ski/bike rental shop, lift ticket office, and main ski lift access. Year-round fun! Newly renovated heated outdoor pool/hot tub ($20 charge), heated garage parking (unlike most other condo buildings nearby), fly-fishing, mountain biking, 18-hole golf course, hiking, nearby access to Rocky Mountain National Park, 3 nearby lakes for boating, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, enjoying the mountain views from the spacious private balcony!

Condo is a 650 sq ft one-bedroom with queen master bedroom, queen bed pullout sofa, 1 pack n play crib, one full spacious bathroom (separate shower & tub), and high ceilings (top floor unit). Completely furnished kitchen and full-size appliances. Kid friendly items: cabinet locks, outlet covers, baby gate, baby monitor, booster chair, kid toilet, clip-on table baby seat. Wifi included, 40" Smart TV in living room, 32" TV & air conditioning in master bedroom (which is unlike most other one-bedroom units in the building). Head out for a meal at the lodge or stay in to cook a family meal - brand new gas grill provided. Washer & dryer included in the unit. Heated underground parking for one car per condo unit. Elevator - no stairs needed to access the condo unit.

Coming up for a fun mountain getaway? Purchase lift tickets, rent your equipment, then hit the slopes all within steps of the Base Camp Condo building. Then store your skis in a personal ski locker for the condo. Convenience is key! Want a bigger mountain adventure? Winter Park is a quick 20 minute drive. And only 20 miles from the west-side entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park - just north of Grand Lake. The common outdoor heated pool and hot tub is steps away to relax after a day of fun on the slopes.

Only 1.5-2 hours from Denver. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park, Grand Lake, Devil's Thumb , Snow Mountain Ranch & much more! Other amenities are nearby including restaurants, grocery store, gas station, liquor store at the entrance to the Granby Ranch development.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Accommodations were really nice and very clean. We loved the view, indoor parking garage, ski lockers and the accessibility to the ski runs. It truly was a nice ski in/ski out resort. We liked having the restaurant on site.as well. Everyone was very and helpful! The host answered all of pur questions and made us feel at home.

Fully loaded condo with everything we needed for the wknd! Beautiful area with heated pool and fun bar right next door, just be aware it’s a 10 per person per day fee to use the pool and hot tub, not a big deal but wasn’t aware as I didn’t recall seeing that on the listing. Great place to stay, will definitely come back again!

Loved this place - the coziness, the town, the views, the space, etc. Our only struggle was figuring out the air conditioning, but thankfully it was so pleasant outside that we didn’t really need it. Such a great place though - can’t wait to go back some day!!
