Features include memory foam queen mattress in Master, new carpet, outdoor living space furnishings, fresh artwork, a gas grill, new bedding, 40" Smart TV, and a TV in master bedroom! Welcome to our home away from home at Base Camp One - Granby Ranch!*

Come enjoy a mountain getaway at this modern updated one-bedroom, one bath condo steps away from the base of Ski Granby Ranch & the Base Mountain Lodge or only a short 20 minute drive to Winter Park. Mountain Lodge includes 3 dining options, ski/bike rental shop, lift ticket office, and main ski lift access. Year-round fun! Newly renovated heated outdoor pool/hot tub, heated garage parking (unlike most other condo buildings nearby), fly-fishing, mountain biking, 18-hole golf course, hiking, nearby access to Rocky Mountain National Park, 3 nearby lakes for boating, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, enjoying the mountain views from the spacious private balcony!

Condo is a 650 sq ft one-bedroom with queen master bedroom, queen bed pullout sofa, 1 pack n play crib, one full spacious bathroom (separate shower & tub), and high ceilings (top floor unit). Completely furnished kitchen and full-size appliances. Kid friendly items: cabinet locks, outlet covers, baby gate, baby monitor, booster chair, kid toilet, clip-on table baby seat. Wifi included, 40" Smart TV in living room, 32" TV & air conditioning in master bedroom (which is unlike most other one-bedroom units in the building). Head out for a meal at the lodge or stay in to cook a family meal - brand new gas grill provided. Washer & dryer included in the unit. Heated underground parking for one car per condo unit. Elevator - no stairs needed to access the condo unit.

Coming up for a fun mountain getaway? Purchase lift tickets, rent your equipment, then hit the slopes all within steps of the Base Camp Condo building. Then store your skis in a personal ski locker for the condo. Convenience is key! Want a bigger mountain adventure? Winter Park is a quick 20 minute drive. And only 20 miles from the west-side entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park - just north of Grand Lake. The common outdoor heated pool and hot tub is steps away to relax after a day of fun on the slopes.

Only 1.5-2 hours from Denver. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park, Grand Lake, Devil's Thumb , Snow Mountain Ranch & much more! Other amenities are nearby including restaurants, grocery store, gas station, liquor store at the entrance to the Granby Ranch development.

Great location and amenities

This was our first ski trip to Granby Ranch. Our family loved the cleanliness, layout of the condo, and games/kitchen cookware/other amenities. Great cozy little place!

Granby Ranch Ski In Ski Out

We are a family of 4 who stayed to ski. This was a great spot for us with kids learning to ski. From indoor parking to the ski locker to proximity to the slopes was great. Overall we had a great experience.

Wonderful Ski Lodgings

This condo was an amazing little place to stay. The place was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The heated ski lockers were a life saver and we were only steps away from the lift. This is the perfect place for beginner skiers or for someone like me who just wants to cruise. Amazing trip!

Great location for event

The ski,in out rental is next to the ski resort which where we attented a wedding. 4th floor had good view on north and mountains on the distance. Accommodating and clean rental.

Beautiful place!

The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Our only downside is we weren’t there long enough (1night) to enjoy sitting on the deck!

Comfortable and clean family stay. Great location for skiing.

This was a great family condo. Excellent location for skiing with our four year old! Loved having the ski locker and garage parking. The ski hill is right outside the building door, very convenient.

Great location, well kept condo

Enjoyed our stay. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Condo was well kept, and amenities were awesome. Right next to base camp, and garage parking and ski lockers made things so easy. Just walk right out the door to the lifts.

Great Condo.

This was a dream come true for my 10 year old granddaughter. Two ladies traveling alone, we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay on the Granby Ranch.

Great place to ski

This is a great place to stay if you like to ski. The ski locker is great and steps from the slopes. The bed was amazing. Parking in a heated garage is super nice. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a game changer. I would definitely stay again.

Base Camp - Granby Ranch

Stayed two nights and had a great time! The condo was clean and cozy. Steps from ski rental/tickets and lifts. The equipment locker was really convenient if you wanted to eat lunch in the condo or to put unneeded items in it instead of going up to the room. Instructions from the owner were thorough and all door codes and keys worked perfectly. Wish we had time to stay longer! Would definitely stay again!

Granby Ranch

Very nice property. There is an AC unit in the master bedroom which cooled the bedroom down before going to bed. It gets cool enough at night that you can turn off the noisy AC and open the windows. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park Will stay again

Perfect for a Summer Weekend

This unit was perfect for 2 people staying for 3 nights to attend a wedding at Granby Ranch. Loved the view! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in great condition - easy access with the parking garage and digital door lock. It was a warm August weekend, but a window fan was available and that was all we needed at night. Took advantage of the GR trails. My daughter is anxious to come back to ski at GR and in the area. Didn't find any tea in the kitchen, but I always travel with my own just in case. Thank you!

Great Location

Can't beat the location to the slopes. The Ski locker made it so easy to put your gear up on the main floor without the hassle of moving it to the room or car. Well stocked kitchen with all you would need to prepare your meals. Plenty of towels and hot water. Only one slight area for improvement was the lack of Toilet paper provided. Not the owner's fault but the common areas were filthy. The locker room, elevators and hallways had trash everywhere. We saw many groups of kids just leaving trash all around. Again not the owners issue but maybe a call to the management company to follow up on. Overall great experience and very nice condo as described. Would recommend this property.

Mixed Experience: Some Cleanliness Issues, but Owners Helpful

Overall, I would rate the property as "good." The condo itself was nice, but we did encounter a few issues during our stay. There were no clean sheets provided for the pull-out mattress, and it wasn't clear where we could find clean towels (we later realized that the decorative towels were meant for our use). We also noticed that the dishes in the cabinets weren't as clean as we would have liked, with stuck-on food and a greasy feeling. However, we ran a load of dishes and everything was fine after that. On the positive side, the owners were very responsive and helped us resolve any issues we had during our stay.
