Gaea House - Soleil ⚈ Surf ⚈ Sable

Gaea House, dans la belle ville de Seaside, dans l'Oregon, se trouve Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la magnifique plage de Columbia et de la promenade en bord de mer de Seaside. Il est situĂ© Ă  distance de marche du centre de conventions de bord de mer, du musĂ©e historique de bord de mer et des nombreux magasins et restaurants de Broadway Street. Un revĂȘtement en vinyle, des fenĂȘtres Ă  double vitrage et une unitĂ© de chauffage / climatisation ont tous Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment installĂ©s. Gaea House possĂšde un salon avec cheminĂ©e, deux chambres avec lits king-size et une mezzanine ouverte avec un lit queen-size. À l'extĂ©rieur se trouve une terrasse contenant une table Ă  feu et un barbecue au propane et une cour clĂŽturĂ©e avec foyer et stationnement pour deux vĂ©hicules.

Gaea House a des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans chacune de ses trois chambres et Ă©galement dans le salon connectĂ©s ensemble avec un systĂšme DVR TiVo activĂ© par la voix en rĂ©seau. HBO et Netflix sont gratuits. Tous les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont Ă©galement compatibles avec Chromecast. Une PlayStation 4 est situĂ©e dans le salon avec une sĂ©lection de jeux. Toutes les chambres ont un radio-rĂ©veil stĂ©rĂ©o Bluetooth sur leurs tables de nuit. Le salon dispose d'une chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o compatible Amazon Alexa avec une bibliothĂšque musicale Ă  commande vocale Ă  votre disposition. Veuillez noter qu'Alexa peut ĂȘtre dĂ©sactivĂ© ou dĂ©branchĂ© si la confidentialitĂ© est un problĂšme.

Notre cuisine récemment rénovée est maintenue entiÚrement équipée. 2nd time staying here, we always look forward to it great location, quick walk to beach, nice little fire pit to make smores. Would recommend to anyone. Also super comfy beds!

Overall it was a nice property, I would give it an 8/10. It’s spacious and the kitchen in specific is nice for getting everyone together. Talked with the owner and they seemed very nice & genuine.The cons: The seats in the kitchen are exceptionally sticky, to the point you literally have to peel your pants off when getting up.The only shower has a stain and dirt when we got there.The loft area has roughly 2ft clearance over the bed which makes it very difficult for an adult to use.The outdoor lights are difficult to use.

Perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where there are lots of great restaurants! The house was VERY clean and the property manager was responsive.

Yearly seaside trip

My family and I have started a tradition of visiting seaside at lease once a year. Although sometimes all can’t make it I still try and make it out here with some of the family. The Gaea house was a perfect fit for us and our fur-babies and just a short 4-5 minutes walk from the beach. It’s near the center of seaside but just far enough where the neighborhood is still peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay, thank you.

Fun place in Seaside

It was a great house and a great location. We could walk to the promenade from the house which made everything easy! Would highly recommend!

Seaside family memories

A weekend trip to be with family and walk on the beach and get some great seafood and be able to stay together with our grown girls who celebrate their cumulative birthdays was made complete by finding and great home to spend it in. We look forward to quick mini vacations again and would consider this home away from for easy getaways again.

Family Holiday at the Beach

The home was just perfect for our family to stay in while visiting other family at the beach for the holiday!! We hosted Christmas Eve dinner and it accommodates our family well! The island was our central gathering place for games, making sugar cookies and hanging out to talk!

Lovely home and caring owners

The home had a wonderful location where we could drive up and down the coast and see other beaches and also be within short walking distance of downtown seaside.. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and made for a great place to sit and talk. the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The bedrooms including the loft bed were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-kept.. Check in and check out were made easier by the app that is supplied. They were very supportive of me when I had an emergency and had to leave early. My friends stayed for the balance of the time and were very pleased with the support they got from the owner. I'm definitely going back here. We are all mobile senior citizens so had no problem with the stairs going up to the bedrooms. If someone has some disability issues they might want to double check to see if they're able to make it up to the bedrooms. The outdoor is well maintained has a nice little deck area grassy area and barbecue for sitting outdoors. and . The beds were comfy

The perfect overnight

After a long day at cannon with the family and dog this was the perfect place to retire to. The house is perfectly equipped for our stay with more to spare. We will be booking here again to take advantage of the other amenities

Nice, neat, cozy, quiet, spacious.

A much better option for 2 families than 2 hotel rooms. There are spacious kitchen, dining room living room, back yard.... 5 min walking distance to the beach.

Great Location

We stayed one night at Gaea House while we were in Seaside and had an overall great experience. The location was close to everything and parking onsite was easy. It was a bit of a further walk to the water than expected but I think the tide was out pretty far when we went out. Still within walking distance of the house. The mini fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase was a nice touch as well as having access to rent electric bikes. The house was clean overall. The one king size mattress had some good dips in it from where it had been a bit broken down. I liked having our own individual code on the keypad for check in as well as having substantial directions provided prior to check in which made check in and out easy. Thanks!

Beach Stay

House was very comfortable and clean. As described in description. Close walk to the beach yet far enough away from the hubbub. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and relaxing sleep in great beds!!! The check in was awkward. We arrived at 4 and were asked to wait 30 minutes when our check in was 4:00 pm! No ice cu w trays which is so minor, but checkin??

Really great place

Really enjoyed our time ! Very close to the beach and a really great house with a gorgeous kitchen ! Only little hang up was there does seem to be an ant problem, but im sure that is easy enough to fix, would deffinitley stay here again!!!
